Well worth the money! I recently left my key fob in Phoenix and these guys were incredible. I had brought my car in because a guy was going to work on my car and the light come on the dash that my key was in a lock mode. They charged me 450. dollars to reprogram it and removed my automatic start. Later I Talked to my son and said all that they had to do was turn the key 3 times and it would be fine. I didnt even make it home because it was loosing power. I just replaced the throttle body. Then I got home and I got a new battery and alternator, that was the reason the light come on. Smh, turn the key 3 times was all it needed.

Got me a key made but they wont take a debit or credit card unless its over $10. Dont understand why businesses do this. Most people now a days use debit/credit cards. Keys are only $4 here. But I only needed one. Inconvenience for customers. Will not go here again nor recommend anyone.

My Honda ignition failed on me and the next day I called E & A. They had a guy here in less than 30 min and he was the nicest guy ever. He had the whole job done and cut me a new key (because mine was broken and cracked) in like an hour!! These guys are professional and they are good! I would recommend this company to anyone. Waited 5 hours for service, was told one more hour, 15 more minutes multiple times. Woman showed up with a man and children in her car, which we did not know about. Her boss on the phone tried to get us to pay him several time before successful service was performed. The boss then called several times harassing us. Lady left will the key and boss continues to call and say he will send people to take the money from us. Awful service, very unprofessional.

Had AAA RV Premium and when called on SUNDAY for locksmith service they said they do not provide even though their web says it does! Needed to get in RV on returning from trip and would not open. They gave me E & A and said they would not pay for it but is who they use. they have 24 hour service. I paid and I would recommend to ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP. Professional...timely..technician well trained..got me in RV and had lock working and was careful to make sure it was securely connected inside..I have a couple keys I have desperately tried to find duplicates for and no one has..will be paying them a visit soon. As for AAA Premium RV tell everyone it is not worth the money..they say locksmith service covered but when called said they would not pay!

He was there less than 30minutes. It took him 20 minutes tops to get a key made (my key not coded). After the key was made the van would not start so he was willing and able to get me a jump! I was very pleased with my service, plus they were the cheapest out of all the places I called.

Worse service. One the employees tried to kick me out for no reason after getting his money and almost got into a fight with me. Once you they get pay you won’t matter anymore. I will never recommend it to anyone

Amir was amazing! I had a key made at a hardware store after the dealership never called me back to schedule a key service. The hardware store cut the key correctly only on ONE side. The second time I used the key it got stuck in the ignition. I called Amir at E & A and within an hour he was fixing the problem. He had to take the ignition cylinder out of the car to get the key out! He then cut and programmed a new (and better) key. Can not say enough nice things about this company. Professional, kind and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely use E & A again!

This locksmith charged our family $150.00 to pick a lock in our home.What really happened was, the worker damaged the lock so badly the key would no longer work at all.I explained the whole situation to Emir.I was no longer interested in doing any business with a company that destroy’s the lock.I asked for the money back.He blamed the poor workmanship on another locksmith, he then blamed me for having a certain type of lock.He refused to pay the price to replace or fix the lock. I do not recommend this company, it has been nothing but costly and aggravation since the worker arrived at our home.I would rate a zero if I could.

We were looking for someone to make a duplicate of a Saturn Ion key and key fob. I spoke with Amir on the phone the day before I went. He was so kind and helpful over the phone, I made the trip from my place in University Heights, a 40min drive. I was not disappointed. He was even nicer in person. We needed a locksmith for the business for which I am responsible. We needed the individual quickly and at an odd hour (very early in the morning) for a big job changing about 10 locks in total. E&A was able to provide the service. The locksmith was timely, professional, courteous and very skilled. He completed the job at a reasonable price.I would highly recommend E&A. They provided an excellent service.

Everyone I talk to recommends this place. My friends on the east side, west side, Lakewood all swear by E & A. Its also AAAs go-to locksmith; obviously well trusted.When I went here they set me up with free coffee and worked with me and AAA to get a good deal. I really like this spot.And theyre good with Volvo keys too, which is kinda rare.

The tech was two hours late. He got there and was unable to unlock the door. His solution was to destroy the door knob. He had to take the lock to another location, which meant I had to wait another hour and a half. Another tech showed up with little to know instructions. He re-installed the lock with an old, dented door knob that he must have gotten from another job. It took E & A almost 5 hours to complete this job. They were very unprofessional; there was no communication; and I was charged $100 more than I was quoted. I DO NOT recommend this company!

We have lost a second key to our Chrysler - a 7 button fob with Push Button Start and have been shopping around for a replacement. Several weeks ago I was visiting Cleveland, at some point during the weekend I lost my car keys. On a Sunday at 3 PM they drove to the location of my car and made a key for my 2013 Ford fusion. Couldnt be more satisfied. Friendly professionals who are more than willing to help.
