Got high-speed internet and didn’t have to pay for a modem. Customer support is local and usually get back right away. Overall very positive experience.

The speed was amazing and had zero internet connection / buffering issues with zoom meetings, streaming services, gaming etc. Would highly recommend this service as they are fairly priced and have a great service. Called in because I have no rights to edit the securities on my router and my NAT type is moderate. It’s causing problems with my Xbox. I got no answer so after I emailing back and forth they said they would call me. It’s been more than a week and I still haven’t gotten a call and my NAT type is still moderate.Edit: Bryan from Cleveland broadband has since reached out and we are working together to find a solution to my problem. He was very concerned that I was unhappy with their service. After only dealing with company’s like spectrum all my life, it was actually quite a reassuring conversation. I used Cleveland Broadband for 1 year while I was living on East 4th and it was a great experience. I have used other services in the past and Cleveland Broadband was the best to reach when there was an issue (which was only once during the entire year). I noticed my internet was down and when I called the customer service, I reached someone within a few minutes (no long wait times) and they were able to fix my issue and have my internet up and running again within 5 minutes. I never had slow speeds and was able to seamlessly stream movies and play video games with no issues. The best part was that it was only $50 a month. The only drawback of this company is that they are not more widely available.

This is the best internet company I have worked with. There were the normal problems over the past few years but they were highly responsive, help and easy to work with. I never was stressed out while working with them. I highly recommend more than any internet or utility I have worked with.

Straightforward and reliable internet service. The installation and router were free (as opossed to other options in the area), and they only charge 50.00 a month with no fees or taxes. The gentleman who installed my router was very nice and Bryan provided me excellent customer service as well. I never had any connection issues during my time as a customer; the speed was great and I cant really complain about anything. The only reason I cancelled was because I am moving out of Cleveland. My move out date fell a few days past my billing date so I would be without internet for a few days but Bryan gave me internet free of charge for those last few days anyway which I really appreciated. Got one response to an email stating that he wanted to set up an appointment to call. I responded and never heard another word. That was about two weeks ago so I guess they’re not too reliable or responsive.

Its Internet thats so good that itll keep you from moving out into a better, cheaper apartment, because moving means running back into the arms of Sp...the 𝙲𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙰𝙽𝚈.𝙸𝙽𝚂𝙴𝚁𝚃 𝙽𝙰𝙼𝙴 𝙾𝙵 𝙷𝚄𝙶𝙴 𝙲𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙰𝙽𝚈 𝙷𝙴𝚁𝙴 literally cold called me once a week to upsell me on TV - because I only had Internet service. Then when they added a streaming offering, I started getting cold calls and physical spam for that too. And then my Internet bill doubled, which took two phone calls to fix.I have been with Cleveland Broadband since the week they came to my building. They have never cold called me. If they do offer some type of television package, I sure as hell dont know about it, because I never asked them for it.I can count the number of service outages Ive had on one hand, using the knuckles on ONE finger. Thats right, 3. One of them was my fault, I caught the network cable between two pieces of furniture and kinked a twisted pair or two. One of them was resolved before I was done dialing their customer support number. And the last one got resolved very quickly with a house call from one of their techs in the wee hours of the morning.Have you ever tried to get 𝙲𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙰𝙽𝚈 to fix a problem? I have. Let me give you a comparison: my problem was called Paying for 400 Mbps service and barely getting 200 Mbps with ping spikes well above 1000 ms because you keep giving me faulty modems, and wont provision my known working modem. It took 5 phone calls to get a rep on the other end that knew what they were doing - which fixed the ping issues...and not the speeds. It took me forcing my way into the depot they send techs out of and literally Karen-ing my way to a supe before I got a competent tech to come out...that basically told me my node was oversold.The Cleveland Broadband advertisement was up in my apartment building within days of that incident with 𝙲𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙰𝙽𝚈. Perfect. Timing.I Falcon Punched 𝙲𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙰𝙽𝚈s modem over to Cleveland Heights from my balcony and signed up for CLE-BBs 1 Gbps plan. They had me set up the next day, and its been smooth sailing ever since. No stupid fees. No changes in my billing, at all. Not one cent different than the price I signed up for. Plus, they have absolutely amazing, COMPETENT, LOCAL support in the extremely rare event that I need it.Do you know how Spec...I mean 𝙲𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙰𝙽𝚈 responded to my persistent complaints about their atrocious service...and my eventual complaint to the FCC? With a form letter blaming MY EQUIPMENT. The SAME equipment thats been delivering symmetrical 1 Gbps for two years and counting with Cleveland Broadband.Do you want to know why 𝙲𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙰𝙽𝙸𝙴𝚂 spend all of the money that they should be spending on improving their 1990s infrastructure lobbying your local, state, and the federal government to hinder municipal, private, or even corporate fiber like Google Fiber? I ditched cable and internet from Spectrum previously because my apartment complex on E. 4th Street offering Cleveland Broadband wifi for only $50 a month. I was concerned would it be strong enough to house my needs? But I was pleasantly surprised I never had not one issue in the year I used this companys services. The only reason I had to stop is because I am moving out of Cleveland or else I would keep this service forever! 10/10 would recommend working with Bryan from Cleveland Broadband, he set me up for success and was very kind, down to earth, and helpful! If I ever come back to the area I would absolutely choose Cleveland Broadband over anyone else!

I’m someone that’s afraid of change and not the most tech savvy guy, so when someone told me I should look into streaming with Cleveland Broadband, I was hesitant. To make a long story short, one of the best things I’ve done in a long time. I cut the cord with Spectrum and have loved streaming with DirectTv Now. I use the broadband service and the free WiFi while working from home and can’t believe how fast everything is. This is move I should’ve made months ago. Bryan Cramp came to do the easy installation, and walked me through what needed to be done. Quality all around.

I have had service at a downtown apartment building with Cleveland Broadband for about a year, and I can say without a doubt it is the best ISP I have ever had (granted, a pretty low bar ...) Speeds have been fantastic (~950 mbps down/up), I’ve never had interruptions, and the owning team is very friendly. It is truely great to have local competition in this space, and I sincerely hope they continue expanding downtown!

You can have internet only with them and not have to package or bundle to get an honest price. No problems occurred after installation. No internet droppage. Simple and right.

My experience with Cleveland Broadband has been nothing short of exceptional. I called Bryan Cramp in order to set up a quick consultation to discuss with him my internet wifi needs, ranging from how many devices to the streaming services that I would be using and he told me exactly the specifications that I needed, presented the options, and did not try to up-sell me on any of their premium plans I did not need to meet my requirements. Ive been using the service for months now, and theyve honored all offers/deals without question, and Ive had flawless streaming capabilities at all times. My speed is also far superior to my prior service, and while using the equipment CBB provided. Great company. Would certainly recommend.
