I was living in the transitional house roundabout 89 or 1990 sister Donna was their sister Jill and Victoria we were one big happy family it was a great place to be a great place to stay and help so many people along the way transition housing located west 25th Street in Cleveland Ohio will always be a blessing

I was there from 2006 to 2008 it was a beautiful place. I cant believe the reviews I see because if parking is all you are concerned about then why come to a homeless shelter.

Horrible Inadequate Parking one way in which is a Red flag for A emergency What Would happen if 911 Police or EMS had to respond to A Person in this Shelter? Whats worse A Vacant CMHA Property is next door this is not a Safe Shelter its Small Cramp,ed The location is easy to find but The Shock is what Im Relating here Dont Go to this shelter its not Safe neither is the Surrounding area I wouldnt feel safe for more than one reason

Poor services. If one of the staff members do something wrong that stick up for each other and are less caring about real residence complaints. Unfortunately that place is made to keep people who are struggling with mental illness and income problems down. The staff make everyone feel like their way lower than them. They talk about their degrees anytime you mention they dont know what theyre doing. It is ran like a prison.

Easy Location To Find But One Major Issue Is that there is Parking But the Parking is so cramped that it is a Fire & physical Hazard I was more than Disappointed By the time I drove around the block & found the parking lot Plus it,s Next door to Obviously C.M.H. A. Empty Apartment It did not look Friendly or Safe at all

I donated a Thanksgiving turkey to them.
