Kacey did a FABULOUS job on my cut and color! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and talented. Everyone at the salon was welcoming and friendly! I live in the Pittsburgh area now but travel back 2 hours to have my hair done here! Great salon!!! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Tracey since I was in middle school. Now, I travel across the country from the West Coast just to get my hair cut and colored by her. She has amazing attention to detail and I always leave happy with my cut and color! Tracey is such a caring and thoughtful person with whom I have enjoyed sharing the ups and downs of life with over more than a decade. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly.

Every experience here has been great! This past visit I got highlights which always makes me nervous—places I’ve gone before moving here either made them too bright/harsh. As soon as I started describing what I wanted to Taylor she just got it and they are absolutely perfect !!

Another amazing experience at Lavish. Love all of the stylists but their new addition, Patrick, is FANTASTIC! He was on time, professional, and very friendly. I could have stayed there until closing time.

Lavish Color Salon is the best - my experience is a positive one no matter who does my hair. I have never felt more comfortable at any other salon - the front desk staff and stylists go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the results are always compliment worthy. Everyone is always very professional and pleasant. Lindsey is absolutely a wonderful designer. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for many years. I have always been very satisfied with my hair when I leave. They are usually on time with appointments also which is very important.

Ive never been more pleased with a hair salon in my life! Theyre SO good at everything. Their coloring process is fantastic, theyre friendly, accommodating, skilled, I mean, I could go on and on. I am a life long Clevelander and have been to my fair share of hair salons. My biggest concern was finding a salon that had color experts. I happened to catch an article written by Tracey Watts Cirino, the owner of Lavish so I gave them a try and I became a loyal customer. Not only is Tracey an expert, she personally trains each team member. Not only do I feel comfortable going to any stylist in the salon, everyone “knows my name” and is genuinely friendly. What a change from the last place that I went! Thanks Lavish for taking great care of me and my hair!!

Lavish is a wonderful salon!!!! I was greeted w/ a friendly smile and offered a beverage as I walked into the the salon. The owner Tracey Cirino even greated me and made me feel very welcomed. My hairdresser Kacey Kaizer was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the latest cut/ style, color, and products which I was really impressed. I explained exactly what I wanted done and she delivered!!! You made me feel gorgeous walking out of there. I love my color and style, Thank you so much Kacey for the fantastic job on my hair and I Will return again for future appointments.
