Clean safe friendly. I miss unique, but I did get a good leg workout in. The app was helpful for technique suggestions and brief proper usage of equipment. Thanks to staff and members for being cool.

I appreciate the environment of Planet Fitness so much- its great for men and women of different skill levels- best time for beginners is the late mornings in my opinion. I loved the Black Card because of how beneficial it was for me as a third-shift hospital worker: I used the tanning and red light therapy to supplement the days when I wasnt getting much sun exposure and the variety of hours made it easy to go when I was awake. The locker rooms were consistently clean and there was a good variety of machines. Only downside was that twice I had a desk person give me too much time in the tanning bed and I got redder than I was used to- just something I kept an eye on after that.

Pleasant staff. Not too busy. Very comfortable. But what happened to pizza days haha?

Very spacious! Everyone is able to find equipments to use, unlike other locations.

Great local gym, clean, friendly staff, good assortment of machines--just wish members were more respectful--hogging machines should not be tolerated--some members must think theyre working out at home--no!!--do your reps and then get up and let someone else use the machine!! Thats just common gym courtesy.

Kind of a lot of lunks here. They get the lunk alarm rung on them but it only seems to make them become stronger and multiply .

I think you guys are awesome and the best gym in the entire world. Im just ashamed of myself for not being able to even get a chance to go to the gym wasting my membership because of my health issues after covid.

Planet fitness on West 33rd and Lorain is my home gym. It is where I home all my senses anger and aggression and channel it towards something productive like building the perfect specimen of man you have ever laid eyes on. Planet fitness is my type of planet.

Typical gym experience. Clean, plenty of good quality machines. I would like to see everyone wearing their masks (and properly) until were completely out of pandemic danger.

I love this place me and my hubby just started with the PF black card and I loveee it lots of equipment, tons of high quality tanning beds, ice cold drinks huge clean comfortable locker rooms with nice metal lockers you can bring a lock or buy one for under 10$ the hydro massage was out of this world it was our first time massages together as well lol but it shoots out hot water and pressure jets!! Also super friendly staff me and the front counter girl named Maria also had the same name as me so it was a sign from the heavens we have landed in the right place lol recommended 100%

When i went in after about 8 months of dealing with the outbreak, i go in and nobody was wearing masks and none of the members were wiping down machines. Had one employee standing behind a desk looking out the window. Really? I figured you guys had plenty of time to come up with a safety plan for its members. Suppose money is more important than your members well being. Nice!

Planet Fitness is a no-fuss must have to anyone who is thinking about life and being healthy, low cost membership, clean facilities and an improved sense of you.

Helpful and friendly staff that keep the facility clean and organized. Just a few treadmills need some tune up and fixes.

The hydro massage chairs feel so good! Gym does not enforce masks though.

Its okay. For the inexpensive price you cant set your expectations to high. I would like to see their restrooms be cleaner. This location needs to follow through with their commitment to not letting people use more than one piece of equipment at a time. Beef up on your cleaning and Id be willing to give 3 or more starts.

I came in and was very frustrated from a long day at work. The employees stopped me and I had an attitude and was ultimately disrespectful and shouldnt have talked to them that way.As I was leaving the one guy asked me to sit down and chat. And he apologized when really I should have been the one apologizing, which I did. I found this very professional and admire that he took the time to handle the situation.Thank you!

Ashtabula has not cleaned the females room all week. I have seen the same tag, hair gloob, and black sock all week. Staff is friendly though. Rest of gym is well kept.

I travel and go to different planet fitnesses almost every day of the week. this one has seriously the worst smell throughout the whole gym 😒 makes me wonder if they keep up with cleaning. I guess its a good way to get people to keep their masks on.

Planet Fitness is good for what they offer. You can workout in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere and get a good workout in. The memberships are affordable, but youre kind of on your own in terms of working out.I consider them a self-service gym, because of the absence of multiple trainers, but again, youre in charge of your workout. The staff are available to help you acclimate to the equipment and use it safely, but if youre using poor form it is up to you to figure it out. I like that it feels like my own personal gym and that I dont have people coming up to me interrupting my workout, which can happen in other gyms. The environment is clean and theres always someone cleaning and sanitizing.

There is a girl named Jordan that works there and she is BEAUTIFUL

About a third of the people there were walking around without a mask on and a homeless lady sleeping in the locker room. Talked to the front desk and they were aware of both things. Wish it were managed better because it’s such a good location

I am a member the lack of policy was irritating had to call their management as well as the corporate office and finally another planet fitness to have my problem resolved. To let you all know they do offer silver sneakers dont let them tell you that they dont.

I’ve been to a lot of planet fitnesses and I think this is one of the worst I’ve been to. It smells nasty (unclean), no one wipes equipment down, the mats are terrible quality, actually, a lot of the equipment is pretty low qual, and to boot, the staff is incredibly unfriendly and uneducated. The tanning is based on a sign-in sheet that is overwhelming (it’s 2021, technology pls and they charge you $.50 for eye ware and don’t accept cash). And if you have a question, fuggetaboutit. The staff is absurdly unhelpful. No one knew what they were doing. And although I had a good workout, it was in spite of the horrible environment... hate to say it but, this planet fitness needs a mega facelift.

Well my membership is 10.70 it wasnt even24 hrs before my payment didnt go through, 12 hours in they swiped my card 15 extra dollars talking about late fees, eat a rip off

People are nice except for the one hiring manager shes a female she wouldnt give her name let the other employees are nice it said that were wasting money though cuz its supposed to be open 3rd Shift and theyre not but theyre fast enough to take your money out of your account

Very Rude Staff Member! Her name is Serena! Just what’s with this girls attitude. Every single day I come to the gym she always rolls her eyes or has an attitude about something. I have been coming here for a little over a year now and after today I may change locations..or even my membership completely. It had more hope in management but he didn’t seem to address it. Great gym but need more friendly staff.

I’ve been to planet fitness before as a guess so i tried signing up and was told i had a balance at the Lorain location decided to go see why since I’ve never opened an account nor have i ever been to their location. I spoke to the manager who was a bit rude said i had a balance, i explained i never opened an account and can prove it but she didn’t want to hear it said i had to pay the balance.. basically just brushed me off.. i guess I’ll take my business over to la fitness

I love how close it is to me. Its quite convenient. Everything works and is clean. A lot of staff walking around to see if you need anything. They clean the locker rooms throughout the day from what Ive seen so I appreciate that. The only thing I can say is that one or two of the front desk staff needs better training. Attempted to use the total body enhancement, they showed me what to do when I was ready, but when I got in, it wasnt even on. Other than that, I love this location.

Just joined and I really like it. No pressure, just come in and get your work out. Oh ya,tootsie rolls on the front counter. Everything is new, clean and purple. Its like working out with Barney.

80 lbs down but they need work on the cleanliness in the tanning beds..also playing favorites to the lil cute girls id stand waiting for 10 15 min while they both flirt like yea im 40 im thick af im taken but how bout treat them more like a customer n not like a piece azz lol i bet the lines wouldant be as long and there would be much less eye rolling ..lmao...but the massage machine tanning and the lil perks make it worth the wait...they do need to clean the booths much better floors as well in the tanning rooms period..its a must during this pandrmic..💯💯💯💬🤟🤝💖
