Ohio Roofing completely removed our old roof and put a new one in all in one day 4 weeks ago. The arrived early, and worked from 8:00am to 6:00pm tirelessly with a large crew. We had contacted a handful of other roofing companies, and Ohio Roofing, Siding and Slate was the only company who responded in any way to our inquiries for the job.It was a pleasure to talk to Jessica and/or Sarah to set up, confirm, or reschedule appointments, they were professional, delightfully friendly and helpful each time we talked.David did the estimate, he is personable, professional, and informative, describing all work and answering all questions. We had a complete tear off, metal fascia on the entire house, and new gutters. His cost estimate was near spot on, and all work was completed within his estimated time frames.Each crew came out and did a great job with their task at hand, and they cleaned up very well after. My husband used to work in a truss plant and was impressed by the speed, efficiency, and quality of all the work done.Weve already gotten comments from neighbors, mostly on the how quickly the entire roof took to redo, most saying theirs took hours longer without as much done. We are very pleased with the entire job.

We were looking to get a new roof and chose Ohio Roofing Sliding and Slate. Although they came in at a higher price, they also did more work (the garage and gutter guards). Dave came out and gave a very detailed estimate, he had copies of license/insurance all in a packet. We were scheduled 3 to 4 weeks but they got a cancellation and we were done in less than 2 weeks. A team of workers came and did an excellent job in 24 hours. There was so much attention to detail, the clean up job was amazing, not one nail found in my driveway. He did not take payment until the job was done and we had walked the area with him. I am very impressed and referred 2 friends to them already.

Everyone from the sales rep to the office staff and installers are competent, professional and friendly. I now have a beautiful, high quality roof that I believe will be problem free for decades to come.

We ran into issues with needing a substantial amount of wood replacement, which although was certainly not ideal and increases the cost, they (and David) went out of their way to show me visually, talking me through the options and still completing the job in a day. David apologized multiple times, but being prepared that you never know how the wood undernearth looks until you tear the old roof off, i understood completely the unknown. The work was extremely quick and the crew was professional. This is definitely a company that you can count on. They repaired my roof in July and when I discovered a leak a few mos later, they came back out and immediately fixed my problem without charging additional fees. I highly recommend this company. Awful experience. Owner came out without a ladder. Couldn’t even get on rood to check the problem. Tried to get out of work by blaming on foundation which was not the case. Wasted my whole day waiting for him and he came fully unprepared to do his job! Would have rated with no stars but there wasn’t that option. Sucks!

John came out to look at our roof so he could give us an estimate. We need a whole new roof done and called them for a price. He came out on Oct. 30th and said he would email us an estimate. As of Nov 19th, almost 3 weeks later, we are still waiting for their estimate! ???

We had an emergency roof leak and they were quick to respond, well spoken, thorough, and even showed before and after pics to show why the roof was leaking and the preventative measures that were taken to keep the roof from leaking again. Will definitely consider using them again when we need additional work or a new roof.

We called back in early April because our roof was actively leaking. They sent someone out pretty quick. After hearing some estimates, we decided to go with Ohio Roofing and Slate. We read the reviews on the company and thought this would be a good choice.This was definitely a great company to choose! They just finished our repairs today and our roof looks great! Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate LLC made getting my new roof a snap. John there salesman gave me a great quote and worked with my insurance company saving me time. My new roof didnt cost me a penny out of pocket thanks to him. When David their project manager and the rest of their crew arrived they were both professional and efficent. I would definately recommend them to anyone need roof repair or replacement.

I really loved everything about working with these guys. We had some problems with insurance almost immediately after purchasing our house, which led us to getting a new roof. I did the diligence and called three contractors who came highly recommended to me. They had the fairest offer, plus a 50-year warranty.On the day they were supposed to start, they were not screwing around. They came with a full-on crew and got everything set up, put on and packed up in an amazing amount of time. We even had to call a few audibles like removing a chimney without any issue. New roof looks great and I will no doubt be calling them to discuss siding in the future.

High pressure selling tactics, obnoxious and loud sales person David, the job was done quickly 3 months ago, so far its ok except for one siding panel sicking out a bit. Many promises made to come back in the summer and look at some other issue we have been having with the gutter and moss on the roof but didnt deliver on the promise.

My neighbors had their roof done by this company and they are extremely messy. First, half of the tear down fell in my backyard since they didnt put a tarp down covering my garden and part of my driveway with debris and since theyve finished Ive found about 20 nails in my driveway (where they actually put a tarp) and they left some kind of bracket that is used for the employees to stand on while on the roof as well as their empty energy drinks in my yard. Unprofessional.
