In these times, getting prompt service is almost impossible. Central Window Cleaning was a pleasant surprise. From initial contact to job completion, 5 days. The company service tech (Ian) was early, thorough, knowledgeable and quite pleasant to work with. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Our technician, Jordan, did a great job. He was texted to let us know he was coming. He arrived on time.He was careful with the windows and the stuff around them. The windows look sparkly and the house smells great. Jeremy and Curtis did a great job getting us scheduled and setting up the appointment in a timely manner.

My tech Keith was excellent. He was on time, courteous, explained what is was going to do, asked if I had any questions and completed the work in a timely manner. The windows were very clean.

They accommodated our schedule, answered all my questions. The guys doing the work were friendly and professional. They took swift action when a couple of touch-ups were needed. Tristian and other young man arrived before scheduled time. Very professional and explained what was going to be done and what was expected of me. I’ve had numerous work done because I like their work! Very diligent and efficient. And their follow up is also and awesome thing! Make sure customers are satisfied.

Nice job on the windows they did do, except cleaner didn’t pick up after himself, and didn’t do the two worst windows. Chips, dirt under the windows sills and in the sink.Had to reschedule several times to get them to come back and finish the job. If I use them next time I’ll be sure to be there before they leave.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to regain service (we used them for YEARS, which I dont think the lady on the phone knew), and the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me all of the things we had done wrong. For instance, were closed on Mondays, which is when they kept trying to come so, they said we refused service which is impossible, noone was there to refuse,🤦. So, I kept saying ok, can I get back on the weekly schedule and it was like she literally didnt want the business. Im shocked, honestly up to that point though our experience overall was great.

We found this company two years ago by the unique color of their car. Called them to do inside and outside of our house windows and also an enclosed patio. John did an awesome job....you dont even know there is glass in the windows now, and their prices are so affordable. Needed windows cleaned and saw a green car with Central Window cleaning advertising with phone #.Called and Carl gave a ballpark price with a schedule within a week.Cavio Stevenson the technician showed up and confirmed price.Cavio then cleaned 40 windows and chandelier .I feel like we have a new house the clean windows are amazing.Windows so clean it’s like there is no glass !Almost walked through the sliding door.Cavio was professional,knowledgeable,steady worker,and all about pleasing us the customer.i feel he also completed cleaning in a timely manner.

This is the worst window company Ive ever seen. I hired them to clean the windows on my new building. They were supposed to come within the week after we signed up with them. A month later another salesman came out and tried to quote the job again. He was upset that the first salesman was going to get the commission! The first cleaner came and made a mess, didnt bring the tools he needed to clean up after himself and was generally rude. They sent a second guy to clean the windows and clean up after the first guy. After that we noticed that the windows were scratched. Before they even came to take a look at it, the manager was already denying it saying that there is no way their tools could have made the scratches. Before the issue was resolved, another cleaner came for a scheduled cleaning. He did a horrible job sloshing water everywhere. All the windows had drips as well. I called and complained and received a return call from the owner. He used a lot of fancy terms to explain why he didnt scratch the windows. I politely asked him to forward his explanation to me in an email so I could forward it to the glass and construction companies he was blaming instead. He became very rude once we got onto the subject of how terrible the cleaning work was on top of the scratches. I had to hang up on him. It will be a matter for the lawyers now as they scratched a few thousand dollars worth of glass.
