The front office was so helpful in helping me find an apartment in the Ohio City area! They showed me apartments at Mariners Watch and Clinton West. They were truly genuine in making sure I was able to find the apartment I really loved. I loved Clinton West- but I really wanted a lake view and the unit at Mariners watch was perfect!!

Great location. Very up to date ammenities and layout. Friendly staff and maintenance. Ive loved living at Clinton West over the past year. From in unit washer/dryer, to the underground heated parking garage, large bedrooms and bathrooms, this place has everything you need. Maintenance is very quick to respond. When I initially moved in I submitted a ticket for 3 minor fixes/adjustments. I received a response from maintenance within the hour and everything was fixed immediately the next morning. Couldnt ask for anything more.

Lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Management is incredibly understanding and accommodating and quick to respond! Great location and abundant street parking. Safe and quiet area! The unit I lived in was incredible and was super happy living here.

Seamless movement through the leasing process and moving-in process! Whenever I had an issue (toilet not flushing properly & garage tag not working adequately), the help was quick and thorough. Very happy so far

This is our second year living at Clinton West, we love it. The property is well maintained, the management is accommodating, reactive and friendly, the staff is professional. Love the location as well: Ohio City is our favorite neighborhood, its walkable and lively, and Clinton avenue is a nice and quiet street.Update, changing my rating : after a few months with new neighbors, we realized that the sound insulation between floors is quite poor. We can hear people in the units above and below ours walk, talk, watch movies, listen to music... This is very annoying, and one of the reasons we are not renewing our lease.

Cannot say enough good things. First of all the management team is so kind and quick with responses. Any minor issues are addressed practically immediately! They always have everything nicely decorated, mail well organized... phenomenal garage parking. The ammenities in the units are perfect. Each unit also has outdoor space which is enjoyable! Pet friendly and perfect location. Right around the corner from Saucy brew works and near all major freeways. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments but this one truly is worth it and couldn’t ask for more!

Clinton West is a great place to live! The apartments are new and updated but also spacious; the small details really stand out. Laundry in-unit, electric plugs everywhere, large bathrooms, and lots of closet space. Living in a 1-bedroom apartment, there still so much kitchen space for storage and I love the large kitchen island. Pet-friendly! I have a cat but most everyone here seems to have a dog and there is a dog walk right next door. You also cant beat the location- I am in a front facing unit and my balcony looks over the street and feels very family friendly and like a true neighborhood. As someone who has lived in Tremont, Lakewood, and other areas in Ohio City; this location is my favorite and is within walking distance to restaurants and local coffee shops. Would highly recommend as a place to live!

The best apartment complex Ive lived in in Cleveland. Perfect location on a quiet street, but still close to everything in Ohio City and Downtown. Management company is responsive. I really enjoy living here!

I had the pleasure of living in one of the corporate furnished units at clinton west for 9 months and it felt like home. The building itself is beautiful with high end finishes, HUGE closets, balconies, super high ceilings, CLEAN underground parking garage and more. The staff was incredible and always super friendly. The building is maintained to perfection. The location couldnt be beat - walking distance to coffee shops, a terrific deli, brewery, juice bar, workout studios and restaurants. There were also monthly social events which were a welcome surprise and it was a great way for me to meet my neighbors and I must say - everyone in this building is so friendly!Also...the apartment was furnished to be comfortable, stylish and modern! I had everything from linens, kitchen accessories, blankets and etc.

I highly recommend Clinton West to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in Cleveland. Clinton West is a Class A building with an excellent management company. The building and grounds are always kept in excellent condition and the staff is friendly and professional. It is also in the best location in Ohio City!!

I have been living at Clinton West for about 6 months now. Not only was it a smooth process to move in and get settled, but they have remained incredibly professional and vigilant during the COVID-19 pandemic. I really appreciate how warm and welcoming everyone is and its located in a great neighborhood. Overall, a great place to live!

I’ve lived at Clinton West for the last year and I can honestly say the management is the best in Cleveland. I lived at other buildings in Ohio City (the quarter and edge 32) and my experience has been amazing here. The way the staff takes care of the property and addresses every question I have is top notch. It’s hands down the best place to live in Cleveland! I have made so many great friends while living at the building because of the amazing regular events the building has. The dog park is wonderful and my pup enjoys playing there so much.

I have been a resident there for almost 2 years. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient. Parking is available underground so theres no worries for shoveling in the winter. The building is new and maintained fairly well. The manager team is responsive and follow-up issues in the apartment very promptly. Overall highly recommended.

The apartment is just as advertised: modern immaculate and comfortable. Quiet and friendly residents. And the Ohio City neighborhood is perfect with plenty of restaurants, running/biking routes, the lake and downtown nearby.

Clinton West has been an awesome place to live. Very convenient, safe, and fun. Its located in a very walkable area and there is always something to do. Management handles all of your needs quickly and theyre very responsive. The building is great and the amenities have been such a plus! I look forward to renewing my lease.

Ive been staying at Clinton West for almost two years now. My experience has been nothing but positive here, from the maintenance team to the folks in the office. Every issue minor or major Ive had with my unit was always resolved immediately. They keep the building extremely clean and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay short or long term. Youll enjoy the social gatherings here too :)

I have enjoyed living at Clinton west! It has been my best experience in Cleveland. The convenience that the property gives its tenements makes life a lot easier and more enjoyable. Perfect location to experience all cleveland has to offer since I was new to the area; not to mention it is constantly evolving and new things are always popping up within walking distance!! The owners and management are great and I appreciate all the help they have offered.

I highly recommend Clinton West to anybody looking for a luxury apartment in Ohio City. From the time I toured it was a Class A experience. The staff is always available and is quick to respond to maintenance issues. The grounds are kept immaculate and all the other residents are respectful. There is secure underground parking (big plus in this neighborhood and also in the winter), same day dry cleaning service, monthly tenant events and access to an amazing gym a few blocks away. Walking distance to Saucy, Juke Box, Title Boxing etc. Very safe and quiet building in a great neighborhood for you and your dog if you have a four legged child. I enjoyed my year here, and if I were staying in Cleveland, I would not be leaving. Highly recommended complex!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Being in Hingetown provides you with walking access to everything you need. The building is beautiful and our apartment perfectly met our needs. Our pup loved it as well. Underground parking is a plus and the building services and building community exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Clinton West!

I’ve lived at Clinton West for over a year, and the experience has been nothing short of delightful. The facilities are clean, management is responsive, and the neighborhood is quiet, with restaurants, coffee shop, and bars just a block away + within walking distance!

Ive lived here for 3 months and have fallen in love. The building is new, clean, safe and every resident is wicked nice. Jill, the leasing director is fantastic to work with and Mike, the building engineer is always around and willing to help. I encourage anyone looking for a new space, in the Ohio City area, to check it out!

We lived in Clinton West for about 3 months transferring to Cleveland and ♥️ed it! Definitely walkable to all the activity on 25th in Ohio City, great eateries, coffee and tea shops right around the corner and superb people to work with. Every request we had was attended to quickly!!

Great location, safe area

Clinton West Luxury Apartments are a hidden gem! Firstly, the location is unbeatable. I love that it is only steps from the unique shops on W. 29th and a short walk to the W. 25th strip. Its a short ride to downtown and edgewater beach as well. The apartments are spacious and the interiors are modern and sophisticated. The management team is quick to respond to any maintenance concerns and are friendly, accommodating, and truly there to make your apartment your home. They have complementary events monthly and are SO pet friendly (even installing a dog park!). I couldnt recommend this place enough!
