We loved the first hardwood floor repair they did for us at our previous home. It really looked awesome! So we knew for sure who we wanted to call to fix our floors after we bought our second home (the floor had been damaged by a refrigerator leak). It was a big project. A little over 3K. They had to replace multiple hardwood planks that had been damaged. After the job was completed, we noticed that you could visibly see waves in the boards that they replaced along with some substantial gaps. The boards were so wavy that you could feel it when walking across them. We notified them of this. They came back out to look at it, and actually ask us if the boards had gotten wet (bc they’re so wavy). We said no, that’s how you guys left them. They recommended that we purchase a dehumidifier to help them settle back down. It’s been over a year, and the boards are still very visibly wavy. We’ve also noticed stain splattered on our baseboards and walls in multiple areas and also stain on the bottom of our sink. Also one piece of quarter round (underneath our front door) was sanded but not stained. We are just disappointed. The job wasn’t up to their normal high standards. Everyone we have talked to has been super nice but I truly expected them to want to fix this but they didn’t.

Cody was extremely helpful and patient as he offered flooring options and recommendations for remodeling the garage apartment that currently has only a concrete slab.

I am very pleased with my floors. My husband and I just recently purchased our first home, and York-Miller did a fantastic job laying and finishing our floors. They are so professional, and they are so nice to work with. They were so patient with me and picking a color. I was able to look at samples and see them in my own lighting at my house. I will be using them again in the future!

Called for 2 weeks to get someone here then when the rep came out and did the measurements he said they would be in touch with the estimate the next day. Never heard back a week later I called they said they would call me....a week later I called them again they said they would call that was 2 weeks ago still no more word. They have had vans in my area twice since then and have one working today a few houses down from my son. Completely ignored me; never seen anything like it so I called another company waiting for them to come back now. Unbelievable after hearing good things about these guys.

I had pre-existing hardwood that was put down and finished 10 years ago and I had York & Miller floor co add new hardwood to two bedrooms that had carpet. I was concerned that my new floors would not match my older floors but they did an excellent job matching them. Mrs. Brenda and Cody were excellent to work with. Everything went as planned and the floors look great! I will use them again and recommend to everyone.

I absolutely love my floors! I made a mistake on choosing a color and hated it after it was down. Cody worked very hard and diligently to find a shade I would be pleased with. He even made samples and brought them to my job for me to choose which new color I wanted. They were timely and kept to the time frame they stated at the beginning. This company has been around since I was little and now I understand why. My floor is the showcase of the room now.
