Weve been on other Walleye charters, but Midtown Fishing Charter has been our best experience. Captain Danny is professional, very knowledgeable and a friendly boat captain and fishing adviser. His crew, Shawn, was helpful, friendly and patient. My son and I are very experienced fishers, and yet still really enjoyed this experience. Highlights include: very clean, comfortable boat, caught our limit within time, crew filleted the fish with no extra cost, reasonable rates, experienced captain and crew, family friendly. Plus, the Walleye was delicious! Weve already booked again next month.

Booked a walleye charter for 6 hours. Weather was bad in the morning but Captain Daniel was excellent in planning around it, letting us push back 2 hours to get out on the lake. If youre booking a charter, go for Midtown! Daniel was impeccable as a Captain, and myself and my family/friends had a perfect day of fishing!

Ive used Captain Danny numerous times, both for fishing charters and for sunset cruises. The entire operation is professional from start to finish whilst maintaining a fun, jovial atmosphere. Captain Danny even provides snacks and water! He has a real knack for locating the fish as well as using the correct lures. I think this charter is one of the best ways to impress friends and family. He even took a group of us from the marina to FWD Nightclub one night and waited until the concert was over before returning us to the marina.

The walleye limit for my friends and I was 24 and by the end of the day we’d filled a cooler with 21, our biggest being 28 inches (pictured). Danny, Sean, and the other deckhands know their stuff and now I’ve got enough fish to last til Christmas. Would 100% recommend as a getaway for fishing enthusiasts or as a gift to young anglers who want a first hand look on the lake fishing scene. Bring a cooler full of drinks and a second one for the fish!

Couldn’t have asked for a better pair of guys to hit Erie with for the first time, solid guys. Definitely gonna use these guys in the future. Weather worked against us the entire time, they still put us on fish. If you’re looking to take a charter on Erie, look no further. These boys will not disappoint

Our group had a great day of fishing with Midtown Fishing Charter. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and took us to a couple of different areas they knew would be good for fishing. The boat was clean and the crew was professional and personable. We came away with a good amount of nice sized Walleye and Steelhead. We couldn’t have asked for a better fishing experience on Lake Erie! Highly recommended!

Dan at midtown fishing charters was awesome! He was took me, my dad, my uncle and my wife out for an awesome walleye trip! He was prompt, courteous and always polite and helpful! I take many guided fishing trips a year and captain dan has been added to our yearly trips!

Great day fishing with Danny. He was constantly working to put us on fish and his efforts led to us to a successful trip on a grind it out type of day. He fishes hard and is not afraid to burn fuel to find the fish, exactly what you want when hiring a guide. I look forward to fishing with him again in the future.

Danny is the best captain you can have on your lake Erie fishing trip. He knows where to find good catch and very knowledgeable overall. Definitely recommended him for first timers. We are looking fed to our second trip with him next spring.

Danny and his 1st mate John were awesome.Did their absolute best to find us fish, help us catch them, and keep us comfortable and safe. He pays close attention to which lures and which depths are resulting in the most fish in the boat and makes the necessary adjustments to maintain a high catch rate.One note to anyone wanting to book a trip: do it directly through Danny, not the fishing Booker website. Youll have better results and all the money you pay will go to Danny, as it should.

Took three young kids out to fish for walleye. Captain Dan and Sarah were so patient and everyone caught something. We had a blast! I highly recommend Midtown Fishing Charters!

By far the best fishing charter in Cleveland! Ive been out with Capt Dan multiple times and have always caught a lot of fish. He knows his stuff out on the water and makes it a comfortable, fun and enjoyable trip no matter what age group. I even brought my 3 yr old for a river cruise and she absolutely loved it, so theres something for everyone when using midtown fishing charters!

Great morning out on the lake! First fishing charter Ive been on... took some family from out of town for something different. Everyone loved it! We caught several Walleyes and Danny cleaned and cut them for us when we got back to the dock.I searched for a fishing charter online for a few days before settling on Midtown. I feel like I hit the bullseye with with this one. Its laid back, Danny will show you how to do everything, or just do it all yourself. Very laid back and relaxed, just perfect. Consider this a must-do for out of town visitors or just a new experience for your local friends. You wont regret it!
