5 hours to get loaded. Found out they wont load trucks going out of state until 1pm to 3pm. So truckers dont go there early.

Nice employees just make sure you have a appointment set up before delivery

I am a truck driver and bring steel into both Bessemer and e 78th st. As always I get nothing but good service there. They have always unloaded me promptly and had me out fast.. I love this place.

Quick loading

I had app at 10am, arrived at 9:30. They told me they unload only at 6:00am. This is not the first time they do that. This is load from Waxo, TX. Avoid avoid avoid

So boring company about loading.

2 trucks are here and they won’t put either in the empty docks. 1 has been here since 9:10 am, had a 10:00 appointment. 2 hrs later(11:15), still sitting here, not in the dock. They refuse to put anyone in the dock for load/unload. lazy ass people.
