I’m sharing my experience with Everstaff which was nothing short of excellent I’ve never used a recruiter before but I highly recommend Everstaff to everyone who’s looking for a job and need help ! They’ve helped me find a job in a highly competitive market, everything was nice and smooth, I’m so thankful, Jenny and Riann are both amazing ladies very professional, responsive helpful and compassionate! Even though there was some lag in communication, when we did talk they were extremely professional and caring. They did their best to help with prep for interviews including test meetings to make sure zoom and teams worked with my devices prior to the interviews.

So the owner only answers reviews when you give them 5 stars???

I just recently applied for a job position on this job site called Zip Recruiter. Few days later I get a phone call from a Recruiter from Everstaff. They left me a message and text me stating that they received my application for what I applied for. I called them back to return their call and no answer so I left a voicemail message along with my name and call back number but no one called me back. I called back again but no answer left another voicemail message along with my name and phone and email address but they didnt call me back. I even text them to tell them to call me when they are available but no reply back. So today I called them earlier this morning again no answer but I didnt leave them a message but I did reach out one last time but this time I reached out to the operator to have them to connect me to that person and they answered. Hmmmm! 🤔🤔 To sum it all up... It was a complete waste of my time because they were like your resume doesnt match our client qualifications but we can keep your resume on file for future opportunities.... Im like after I submitted my job application to that position they seen my full resume before they decided to reach out to me so WHY WOULD YOU REACH OUT TO ME DIRECTLY IF MY RESUME DIDNT MATCH NOR MEET YOUR CLIENT QUALIFICATIONS !!!!!????!! SMDH !!!? Thats Complete BS to me! Thats the reason they got 2 dry stars on the reviews because they have some very unprofessional job recruiters who clearly doesnt take their job seriously nor their clients needs. Please dont apply to none of their job postings because they will never call you and if they do call you they will waste your time. Aint nobody got time for that.Smh!

Very poor communication on there end they say they will call you and or email you on a specific day and they do not. They dont follow up with you to tell you what is going on just very poor service in general . Just this week alone Ive left 3 messages and one email requesting an update on the job placement very dissatisfied and dissapointed . To anyone that reads this dont bother with them as you will just be wasting your time.
