We highly recommend NOT to use this mechanic shop, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. We had agreed on truck was going to be fixed in a week at x price. Truck wasnt fixed until ~two weeks later at ~DOUBLE the price we had agreed on even though we had agreed to x price. The shop constantly lied about when the truck will be ready, constantly stated Truck will be ready tomorrow. The shop has horrible customer service, the mechanics/representatives were extremely rude. Being foreigner in Cleveland, we were lied to and forced to pay ~DOUBLE the price we had agreed or else we werent going to get our truck. We recommend NOT TO USE THIS SHOP.

They are fairly accommodating to out of town truckers or diesel owners. However are somewhat lacking on speed as far as local folks repairs.

Awesome! People. Cleveland Diesel Repair is my primary truck repair shop for my Fleet. They are quick and very reasonable when it comes to cost of repair. I highly recommend this place.

These guys really go above and beyond. They can fix anything and are quick to help when you need. Even when they are slammed they find a way to fit you in because they actually care & also are extremely talented. My SUV was feeling unsafe and I called up there to ask To schedule a time for them to look at it, knowing they were diesel repair, I took the chance anyways! They said I could bring it up right away and were able to tell me what was wrong quickly. They got me a deal on my parts and they were quick with the service. They deserve an A+. Highly recommend! Cleveland Diesel Repair diagnosed and fixed a complicated problem with our diesel pusher motor home in a timely manner. Andrew even made the effort to shop for the best price on a new fan clutch, saving us hundreds.

I called mid afternoon to replace my starter on my Freightliner. Andrew answered and told me to bring it in. This is after I called at least 20 other shops in the area including freightliner, ww williams, etc...All the shops I called prior to this one could not replace my starter for several days. CDR are professional, have their stuff together, and have expert diesel mechanics on staff.I highly recommend to all trucking companies and O/Os.

This shop is the best in Cleveland great service and a lot of experience. True professionals at what they do and couldn’t be more pleased in the result of my Duramax. Would recommend time and time again. Wish I had a shop like this in Nashville!!

CDR saved our life. Our diesel Sprinter Motorhome list power on our trip from Boston to Steamboat Springs CO. I searched for diesel repair and we were only 4 miles from us. They were about the most competent mechanics I have ever run into. The found the leak in the Turbo system then Ubered in a part 55 miles away. We were back on the road by the afternoon and the bill was only $382 including the Uber! I wish I had mechanics like these guys in Boston. I love my diesel mechanic in Boston, but CDR is exceptional. I wish them a very successful business.

I come here reading the reviews their fair, honest, and quick and they are very friendly people when I came today to change a few filters & replace with a new seal on my oil pan and new oil change on my white kenworth w900 being from New York and all. They definitely won me over and will recommend them to anyone thats in the trucking will definitely becoming back in anything thanks

These guys can fix anything! Ran over some debris on the freeway and destroyed my radiator on my Audi A4 right before I had to drive 2400 miles across the country. I knew if I took it anywhere else it would be in the shop for at least a week.. but Cleveland Diesel came to the rescue and had it fixed the following day! Thanks a ton guys! Highly recommended!!

I took my VW gold TDI here when the alternator broke, and they got me to the nearest autozone to test the battery, and got me a deal on the parts i needed, and put them in for me even though they dont usually work on cars. Friendly guys, great service, and great price!

Had an alternator go bad as we were driving down the road on our way to the 100th Indy500 from Syracuse in our RV with a Cummins ISB engine. I called these guys in Erie and they had the part in 20mins and guys standing by when we pulled in two hrs later. Extremely professional attitude and expertise for a good independent business. Their shop is hidden in an oltime factory in the middle of an industrial neighborhood but theyre just off Interstate 77 so easy to get to. And they even stayed opened late to get the job done! Highly recommended this shop.

I spent over $14,000 for an in-frame on a big cam 4 just to get it back with it pouring oil out of the heads he refuses to answer my calls and will not call me back will definitely be getting my lawyer involved stay away from this business they are a bunch of liars and do not know what theyre doing when it comes to engine work
