Great company with great people. Jim helped us save a ton of money monthly with our offices. The office was really professional and really helpful. I talked to a few companies to help with our new build out, and Jim was the only guy who listened to our team and walked us through how to get set up. Simple process. High recommend

Roman was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient as he helped us navigate the intricacies of energy contracts. Having dealt with energy consultants in the past that were aggressive and not acting in our best interests, Romans approach was refreshing and much more in line with a partnership one would expect when working with a consultant. His attention to detail and willingness to conduct additional research on our behalf provided the data we needed to make decisions for our current energy needs and for the future. We will be working with TPI as our company changes and grows in the coming years.

We are a large Lutheran Church and School in North Royalton. After looking at several contractors, we contracted with TPI Efficiency to convert our entire campus to LED lighting. Besides the obvious savings in electrical consumption, we are extremely pleased with the overall installation. The installation was flawless,completed on time and within budget.The LED lighting is a vast improvement. Thank you TPI for a job well done!

** STAY AWAY** Do not work here. Applied for Manager position. Had 2 phone interviews with Attorney Recruiter. Had me drive several hours to Cleveland for in person interview. Told it was between myself and another applicant. Phone interview with VP set on calendar. VP failed to call. Recruiter said hed reset. Did not. Emailed recruiter, VP and then CEO Roger Zona. All ignored. Never heard another word from company. Unprofessional and shows what type company it is.The below answer is absolutely false. The last email and/or communication from your recruiter was December 19th at 4:24 pm. I sent numerous emails to your company with absolutely no response. Please advise where to send all of my email communications, for proof of what I say.

I had to give TPI one star in order to post - but I wouldnt have if I didnt have to. Our experience with TPI was terrible!!! We contracted them to convert all our exterior lighting to LED. They didnt start on time, we had to call and beg them to get at least part of the conversion done by Christmas Eve. Their sub-contractor, Harrington Electric, got their lift stuck in our yard causing damage. They left the job after that promising to get back in the Spring and never returned. The job was never finished by TPI. We had to get the job finished on our own. Subsequent attempts to get satisfaction out of TPI were ignored. I cannot say enough bad about this company.

TPI is always looking for new ways to help companies save. Electricity is only the beginning. Big fan of their process and leadership.
