My Sons computer crashed, and I was afraid I would not be able to get it fixed. I called Sony and Sony was a dead end and expensive and they only offered to tell me how to fix it. I was very dissatisfied with my whole experience here. When I dropped my MacBook off, I was told to just leave it on the table and the Cleon would get to it that evening. When I asked if I could get a receipt or something showing proof that I had dropped it off to them, they looked confused. After a few seconds, his wife came in and wrote out a receipt for me, to which I didnt think anything else about it. that evening I got a call from Cleon and I could tell that he was a little upset by his tone, but he told me that he couldnt look at my laptop and when I asked him why, he told me that I didnt leave the power supply there. I told him that no one told me that I needed to, he then told me that most people would know they needed to leave it. I told him that hadnt been my experience in that past with other computer repair businesses and told him I would try to get it to him the next day.The next day I was on my way to drop off the power supply and wanted to call Cleon and make sure someone was there, thats when he informed me that I was rude for asking for a receipt for proof of drop off and that hed been doing business for years and had never had a problem before. I explained to him that I didnt know him or his family and that for me to drop off my $800 MacBook without any proof that I had dropped it off was not the way I did business. He then told me that I could just come by and pick up my MacBook and have someone else repair it. So, I did.

Hello Cleon;Just a quick note regarding our recent experience with One Geek Solutions this past few days. The fact that we had never experienced in house doctor like this before. Both of my major computers were crashing, and windows would not open. It seemed like and was determined that one of the pcs was going to fail due to some inconsistencies in the hardware. The three visits from Cleon and his bulldog approach to digging deep into the computer archives he found a bevy of viruses, that had accumulated over the past five years of using a national company to do the clean up procedures. I had been suspect when another tech found many viruses as well about 60 days ago. Needless to say I have canceled the national company, and am in the process of removing all of the past virus protection programs on my other pcs, which ended up not being a protection after all.Thanks Cleon for staying the course, and doing what was necessary above and beyond the normal tech services. In fact I have asked Cleon if he will be a replacement service through Teamviewer service on the internet remote program. It is rare in these times to find a complete full tech service, that can do integral work. In fact in nine years in the Cleveland area, Cleon is the second such person in the tech field to accomplish everything with complete satisfaction.
