Tristan is super sweet! I did a pick up/ drop off, he worked with my busy schedule and had my car looking and smelling amazing!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND using him, he definitely has my business.

Tristen does very good work. He is prompt and he makes it affordable for you. He is a very polite businessman. He made my SUV look brand new. I was very satisfied with his work.

Tristen is a nice guy until you challenge him on the quality of his work, then his unprofessionalism surfaces quickly.Initially HE suggested a partial refund because HIS vacuum had broken while vacuuming out my Florida beach car from too much sand. I was going to let it ride because he had let me store my car in his driveway for 3 weeks because we had just moved here from Florida and didnt have a home yet. He said that was no problem and wouldnt charge me for that. (Its a tiny car) I also thought this would give him lots of time and opportunity to work in spurts easily because there were many bumper stickers that he had to remove . I had even paid him an additional $25 for extra adhesive remover when he asked for more but upon receiving my car back, there are still sticky outlines all over my car that look worse now than before he removed the bumper stickers! There is still a little Lego man mocking me down between the seats along with popcorn and general dirt that was on the floorboard of my car when I dropped it off that my hands cant reach. (thus needing attachments) My armrest is still black and when I take a simple baby wipe and rub it across the armrest the baby wipe turns black. HOW was that shampooed? There are still spots all over the back seat which should have been steam cleaned and spot treated. There are still a few streaks on the doors from liquids that had been splattered in the back seat from my children so I know he didnt wipe everything or theyd be gone. The cup holders in the backseat were not even wiped out. How is this a detailed DEEP cleaning? When you open the doors and take a baby wipe and run it down that section its greasy and filthy and the baby wipes turn black instantly. I thought all of this was supposed to have been included in a detail cleaning. Apparently what he thinks is worth $240 is picking up the trash, wiping surfaces down lightly and vacuuming. What I assumed would come from a $240 Spotless Super Deep Clean would be that my car would come back looking great for resale. (Maybe when they have a special and give you the $240 deal for 175 you get less) but thats not what they said they would do. Tristen even had the gall to complain that he actually had to clean a few BUGS out of a Florida car. Oh my goodness! What did he expect? He whined that he actually had to spend six or seven hours cleaning when he usually doesnt spend that much time on his cars. Hes being grossly overpaid and has that entitled attitude when given a real job.My calculator says if he spent 6 hours cleaning that comes to over $29 an hour!!! For almost thirty bucks an hour you would think the car would come back spotless or at least clean enough to resell. But it did not. And at first HE agreed that it did not (because he said he ran out of time before I picked it up but he had it three weeks) but once I took him up on the refund, all of a sudden, he changed his tune and said I was just trying to get something for nothing when he worked really hard. I agree he worked hard and I would have gladly paid him for what he did just not as much as he charged because I have to have it redone. Hes actually forcing me to go through a PayPal dispute rather than handling this like a professional. Im definitely done with this company.
