I would recommend this business for auto window tints. Earl took his time and paid attention to the details. He uses a local Cleveland brand (Proview) for the tint film material. He used a carbon tint, which is a step up from basic dyed tint. He doesnt use the cheaper dyed tint for any of his jobs and doesnt even keep the cheaper stuff in stock. There is an option to upgrade to ceramic tint for an extra cost, but the carbon tint looks great. Upon completing the job, he pointed out that a rogue hair had gotten between the tint film and the window during application. He removed the the tint and redid that window at no extra cost. He offers a pro quality tint at a reasonable price.

This dude charged me $299 for a full auto detail interior/exterior, then last second said ‘I have to take your car to our other location’. He then proceeded to take our car to Mr. Detail who then charged him $100 MAX and he pocketed $200. Nice scheme set up, save your money and go to Mr. Detail then do a great job at 1/3 of the price. What a rip off.

I cant say enough about the amazing job Diamond Pearlz did on my 2018 Ridgeline. The exterior detailing included Clay bar paint cleaning, and applied a 3 year coating on the paint surface at a very fair price. I picture speaks a thousand words. Do not hesitate to have this company make you car look the best it can be.

We have a 12ft Unicell box truck with old companies oxidized lettering still visible. Earl made this truck look brand new and you cannot tell there was lettering previously. Hes not the cheapest but you pay for quality and thats what we recieved. Will reccomend!

I texted Earl throughout the whole process continually being told “another hour” I went there at 7:30PM and continued to wait about another hour before finally being able to leave.I assume that this was because he sanded straight through the clear coat on my driver’s side front door while attempting to remove a scratch. Clearly he was buying time until it was dark outside so I wouldn’t notice, however I quickly noticed the damage they had done to the door. Earl danced around the issue saying his employee did it and told me “Normally I do this type of work but I have to let my employees learn.” So he has inexperienced people sanding through clear coat on cars they shouldn’t be touching.After some back and forth, Earl agreed to pay to repaint the door and before I left he recommended “Second to None Auto Body” which is a good shop that he had ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION TO USE.Texting the next couple days, he tried to push me to have the repair done through some of his “friends” none of which had a legitimate reputable shop. Rather than taking it to a BMW approved body shop and having Earl eat the bill, I took it to a friend of mine who works at a legitimate body shop and received a quote of $400 to repaint and blend the door, a very reasonable cost, to which Earl agreed and said his employee who caused the damage would pay the bill. Good boss, huh?Earl has dodged my texts and calls the last 4 days, the car is going to the body shop for the repair tomorrow, and I still do not have any payment from Earl.I’m not worried about it because my attorney will work it out in Small Claims but this has become a lot of headache for BY FAR the least professional nightmare of an experience from Earl and Diamond Pearlz. What a joke. See you in court, bud.

I had my car detailed by Earl and walked away very impressed. They work 7 days a week. He gave me a very affordable quote, the lowest I have come across for inside/outside/engine detailing, and he did so on a Sunday with only a 30 minute notice. Detailed the car the very next day. He even gave me a ride when I dropped off the car the next morning. The quality of the work is did was superb! The car looked brand new! This little shop is timely, efficient, friendly, affordable, and delivers quality work. I would highly recommend.

Awesome job and very professional. I had a situation where the front passenger side of my car had flooded due to an air conditioning complication last week. The car dealership that fixed this problem was unwilling to deal with the aftermath of all of the water in my car (even though I had made an appointment), and suggested I call a detailing place. I called Diamond Pearlz and spoke to the owner Earl, who said I could bring it in that day. I did and he looked at it and got to work right away. He also showed me how extensive the flooding damage was, which I appreciated. Im not really a car person and need a thorough explanation. Earl was very kind and patient with me and my questions and allowed me to leave my mats to dry and reinstalled them the next day. I am now proud to say I know how to take the floor pieces in and out to see if there is anything going on! He did an awesome job and detailed that part of my car for a very good price. One fourth of my car now looks amazing and I plan to bring it in to get the rest of it done soon! Thank you for the very positive experience - highly recommended!

Honestly disappointed. Had to re-do the windows and front windshield myself within a day or two because whatever product was used left a hazy smear across everything, making it very difficult to see out my windshield in sunny conditions. I keep my car very clean to begin with and now I feel as if I paid $169 plus tip for simply a car wash and vacuum that took two days to complete. The clay bar didnt do much at all to improve paint, in fact left noticeable swirl marks if the sun is just right. Wouldnt recommend unless your car is filthy to begin with, because obviously it will look a whole lot better after the job is done.

I needed a quick cleaning of my back seat. I called these guys and they were able to get my car in the garage within 15 minutes. They cleaned the seat well and were very accommodating. I would go there again and would refer them to any friends or family.

I am completely impressed by the quality and professionalism of the Diamond Pearlz operation. The location is in a business park and can seem amature at first. I found out Earl built the business from the ground up and this is his first location. Earl and his team were perfectionists and went over every inch of my car. I never thought my 10+ year old car with 110,000 miles on it could look brand new again. Well worth the money and I highly recommend Earl.

We had a 10am appt on a Saturday. When we arrived, it was still closed. An employee in the parking lot (also waiting for it to open) said that it would open in a few minutes, they were running late. Well, we sat in the parking lot like idiots for 47minutes and still no one showed up. Very unprofessional service. If you like sitting around waiting for the owner to show up, then this is the place for you! They must have had a late Friday night and slept in on Saturday.
