I always get the mvp. It is very relaxing! I take my son here all the time as well. The stylists are very good with kids. I have them point cut his bangs to avoid the straight across look.

The last few times Ive been there, they have left s huge chunk of hair on my boys heads uncut... and poor fade. Ised to be great but some of the new girls arent cutting it

All I needed was a basic military cut fade. How I turned into looking like dumb and dumber is beyond me. Save your money and got to Shaves and Fades. My barber was closed Monday and had no choice but to test my luck here.

Took my boy in for a haircut, showed stylist a picture of the crew cut I wanted for him and she did a completely different cut.

Tried to take my kids in for a haircut. When I realized their names were not showing up on the kiosk I waited for one of the stylists to get finished with her current customer and then asked her for help to get my kids names to show up on the list. I had already done online check in and tried to get them to show up by doing a manual check in on the kiosk but the names were not showing up. When I explained this and said we had already waited for 2 other people to go in front of us she snapped at me and said I was with someone! I said I understand that and we have been waiting, I just need help getting my kids signed in. She tapped the kiosk then turned away from me and proceeded to take the guy that had just walked in the door and signed in. Im not sure if she could have been any more rude?

Michelle and Donna took care of my son and I. They were amazing, sweet, and did a really awesome job giving us a new look. Wait time was minimal. All and all A+ visit

Had to get my son a quick last minute hair cut everywhere I usually would go was closed I went to one place the wait time they told me a hour wait time. Which leaf me to sports clips had to wait maybe 5 minute if that. staff was very friendly and did a great job on my sons hair....

A lousy way to be trendy and pretend that your the latest and greatest of style for no good reason except saying I went there and had a great experience. Save yourself the humility and just pay your local salon for a normal haircut and be a man not some goof that needs a trend setting salon to make you feel good.

These ladies and young ladies are on top of the game with supporting and cutting in a facility that inspires sports activities. I have never had any drawbacks they will cut to your specification.! Thank you

I enjoyed going there until today. They open at 9am. I checked in online and chose a stylist. I arrived and my stylist wasn’t even there. She finally came in at about 10am. Liked the place but customer service is lacking. Sorry I won’t be back.

Took my son here thinking it would be a great place since it’s for men and I seen a few good reviews. My sons hair was ruined. He worked on growing it out for over a year and had just gotten it where it looked great. He’s 9. The cut was so horrible that I stood there and cried. He has pictures Monday. One lady tried to fix it for him but it was so bad ruined there wasn’t much she could do. I obviously didn’t have to pay for it but that doesn’t fix my sons hair that he now has to walk around with. And the lady that did the butch job didn’t even so much as apologize. I will never return here. Ever! They could offer free cuts and I wouldn’t let my dog get it done. Also the wait time is terrible. We set there for over an hour before we even got to get his hair done and then it was ruined and we set for another hour while the other lady tried to fix the disaster. And to think they charge $17 for a child’s cut lol. More expensive is for sure not always better!!!!

I had stopped going here bc Lisa left, but yesterday I had to have a hair cut and I had a free MVP from Cleveland High Promo Card’s and they let me use it even though I was an existing customer. They did a great job on my hair. I did wait like an hour but that was bc they are always slammed! To be expected with anything in Cleveland that is worth going to.

If you love telling someone specifically how you want your hair cut and them go out of their way to do anything but that this the place for you. You want a fade no problem! But instead of a fade they give you that pepper from American horror story. Never had a receding hairline before? Don’t worry these hairstylists can kickstart your male pattern baldness. When they got too far they just keep going even if you try to stop them! They go out of their way to make you look rediculous. I’ve been to many places before for a simple haircut but it was never a challenge for anyone but sports clips in Cleveland. I’ve never looked so bad from a haircut that I just wanted to stop existing. I’ve been here a few times and tried different stylists thinking one would be better but NOPE they only hire people that are specialists in making you look hideous. But to top it all off it’s only 20 dollars! Not including the tips that starts at 5 dollars. I’ve waited an hour and 10 minutes here to get my hair screwed up because the women here were arguing about who gets to go on break. Please don’t go here. I’m trying to save you the money, time, and hair. One star is too generous.

A message to those leaving negative reviews: why in the hell will you not tell us which hair stylist ruined your hair? They did okay cutting two of my sons hair. The wait time was terrible. From when it said five minutes to the time one of my sons actually got in, it was 45 minutes. Basically he spent 45 minutes on deck. Is it normal for one of the stylists to leave 2 hours early? When one of the women was done and it was my sons turn she took a look at us, took a look at the screen, then cleaned up her area and left.

This review is not for the entire chain. It is for this particular location.The staff is friendly and patient.Sundays and weekday rush hour can get super busy. During those times, the wait for a walk-in can be over an hour. I suggest, if that is the only time you can make it, use their website to book an appointment. Do not call to make an appointment as the people cutting hair have to stop to answer the phone and it makes the wait time longer.I am the type of person that will normally choose First Available to cut my hair. On this last visit I got Natasha. She was very professional and gave me great advice on how to continue growing out my hair for a style I am trying to achieve. I reccomend giving her a shot.Their products can be a bit pricey, but they work well. Personally, I use the Gibbs products they cary on my beard.Speaking of beards, they have always done a great job trimming, cutting, and shaping my beard. I didnt get my beard shaped on this last visit, but I should have 😁They do have a military discount.The place was clean and has been clean everytime I have visited.If this review was informative, please hit the like button.
