Aside from delivering quality repairs, they were also able to offer me insight on the job done, what to expect next, and how to maintain engine quality. Mentor is a great mechanic. He always explain what he sees and what has to be done. He does not check only for the service that you need, but he check the whole car to make sure something else need attention so you dont have to come back again..time wasting. I trust his service.

I would give 0 stars owner is a %#@hole brought my car up there for a warranty job after 4 days he calls me with quotes. Then while at work at phone call get my car of his lot ..sure when i get off he had parked my car at auto zone .which i left my car with him ..a rip off joke

Mentor is an excellent mechanic and very honest. I was referred to him by discount muffler due to a faulty exhaust manifold. Rather than replacing it he was actually able to repair it. Highly recommended.

Brought in for miss fire came back with miss fire 2 weeks later. oem coil packs 56 each charged 89 each for 2 that didnt fix problem I dont think he knows what hes doing thought he was a expert but looking on wall only 16 hrs training in bmw in I believe 2017. All and all 1700 valve cover and gasket 2 coil packs 6 spark plugs . I totally think I was ripped off.dealer probably cheaper.
