Great service, great prices, incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Dave helped me diagnose my truck’s engine problem and provided a simple solution instead of letting me spend unnecessary money throwing parts at the problem. A dishonest mechanic really could have taken me for an expensive ride on this, but not Dave.

Havent used this place YET, but after calling and speaking to several auto shops... the guy who answered the phone here at 12 on 2/19 WAS SO NICE, patient, understanding and even suggested that I call about the warranty to check first. If it ends up not being a warranty thing, I will definitely be bringing my car here. Being a woman, its already difficult talking to most auto shops because theyre usually super condescending.... so it was awesome to talk to someone who was so nice!

Have 6 children all adults and drive their own cars. Tell them the guys there will treat you fair and honest. You cant ask for more. Ive referred everyone I know that sends their car out to get repairs.

Yes, 5 stars. Why? They are HONEST, REASONABLE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE.I took a few vehicles to them where they could have taken advantage of me. One was a Toyota 4Runner where the tire place we (used to go to) advised us of 1200$ of needed repairs...both CV joints and outer tie rod ends. Shymskes removed a GIANT BOLT from a tire, balanced and rotated. The vehicle has a slight shimmy because the tires are worn out junk. They could have said something similar to the tire place, but DIDNT.The second Vehicle was a RUST-FREE California vehicle that I spun a bearing on. They replaced the engine with a young, used engine. A few weeks later, the crankshaft sensor opened. They could have made up.....whatever...and I would have believed it. Instead, they pulled the old sensor from the extra parts from my old engine that gave me back and that I left in the trunk for FREE.Unless someone has a gun to the back of my head and tells me not to, I will take everything there.

Great work for great prices. Trust worthy mechanics who wont fix your car then tell you you need another $800 repair to be safe (unless you really need it)I would recommend this auto shop to anyone. Since my Mitsubishi has over run its 100k mile warranty I trust these gentlemen to safely keep me on the road in a timely manner for a more than fair price compared to the competition out there.Good job shymskes, keep up the hard work gentlemen

Dave Shymske is about as honest as anyone can be. My family and I have been loyal customers to Dave for years-- I dont think weve ever taken our cars anywhere else. He charges you only for what is required and always gives a fair price. He also never tries to sell you more work than what you actually need. He is easy to work with and is also really accommodating about fitting in time to take a look at your car. I would recommend Shymskes Auto Center to anyone. Some auto shops try to nickel and dime you and prey on people who arent car savvy. You will never find that here and you will also get great service. Dave also stands by his work and will do what is needed to ensure quality. Getting a car serviced can be a real headache but Shymskes Auto Center has made car repairs much easier.

Ive been taking all my cars to Dave Shymskes Auto Center for over twenty-five years and have always had the best service possible. Prices are fair and reasonable. All work has always been impeccably done. Options are clearly explained and efforts are made to save money when possible. When my sons, who live in other cities, need serious car repairs, they come home to bring their cars to Shymskes. Dave and Dan always do the highest quality work, and I wouldnt trust anyone else to take care of our transportation.

He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. He provides fair pricing for exceptional work. He is the only person that I will let work on my vehicles.
