They couldnt find the key they acted like they dont know were they put it I advise you not to call Dimensions auto to fix anything on your vehicle..these people are con artist who take cars from hard working people.. look at all the cars they took from honest people.. they jack the price up so high its almost impossible to get your vehicle back after they fix it.. then they will sell your vehicle for the cash you owe them dont use this company by all means
Need to find another mechanic shop if theyre very slow youre trying to go down there to try to get my car it always doig something or they say they were going to call me and never call me something
Great mechanics !
Little slow because of the pandemic, but otherwise this is a good place to get your car fixed.
These guys do it fast and well and for a fair price. Lucky to have them across the street.
Very excellent mechanics
Dimension auto, repaired my hyaundai Sonata, did a great job!
I was searching for a mechanic and this one was truly a nightmare. My vehicle stayed for several weeks and they charged me way to much money!! 🤬
Oct. 2014 - 4 brake pads replaced on a 96 Pontiac Grand Prix =$194 out the door. I dont know a lot about cars, but my son said that was a really good price. Guys are always busy it seems, so it was a couple of calls before I actually could get someone on the phone, but Id say if theyve got that much business, they must be doing something right. Will definitely recommend and return for service.
Professional, Friendly....and reasonable prices.
Ill never take my truck there again more codes came on my dash after they supposedly fixed the problem

Charlie and Kevin always take care of me!
Guys were very knowledgeable worked on my bmw very fair prices
Asked when to drop my vehicle off letting the owner know precisely what will need to be done and to alleviate having the car gone for weeks and weeks. Dropped the car off on a monday morning as agreed. The gentleman that lives across the side street from the garage scampered out of his house a little after 830 (garage opens at 8 supposedly) to open the shop. Took my keys and wrote my name and phone number on a piece of paper. Well give you a call. I waited about a week. Nothing had been done. second week, some testing had been done but no real work that needed done regardless. after about 18 days, they started working on it and when I called on the 22nd day, Im told what they quoted me for (renewed and working braking system) wasnt actually going to cut it and they missed something that they noticed after driving the vehicle......who doesnt drive the vehicle beforehand? The other repair (repaired gas tank) was done from an outside shop so, therefore was an easy uninstall and install from this shop....a dozen or so bolts. The guy tried to sell me a rebuilt engine for 6500 (no installed) that a trusted friend had sitting around. The going rate for that engine is about 4000 rebuilt. another 2k to install professionally. I told him this and the guy gets back to me and said he went down to 3500. This guy didnt even bother to examine what was actually wrong with my engine. Not a bolt was turned in that effort. Just thought he could skim a couple grand from someone with some money.....I got upset that the brakes werent completed as promised and the guy has nothing but attitude. I tell you what we can do. You come pay me and get the car and take it somewhere else.Complete idiot.
Fast and affordable, they fixed misfire and exhaust!
Terrible no calls nothing.
These guys know what theyre talking about and what theyre doing
Good work
