I recently had my Toyota Prius towed into Dave’s precision Automotive because my battery, a 12 V, was totally dead. As I found out there were other things that my car needed to have repaired that I did not initially know about. Dave proved himself to be honest and ethical which is very important to an elder woman like myself. My car has never run this well. I am more than pleased with the service that I got. I will definitely be going back to get more service work done since my car is at the 100,000 mark. His shop is pristine the waiting room is very very nice and I was treated with respect and kindness to say nothing of the wonderful work he did on my car.

I needed new tires and Dave was able to schedule an appointment to do it the same day I called. It was affordable and super fast. My car drives like a brand new car!

I have been a customer of Daves for over 25 years and so has my entire family. You are treated with respect by Dave, Chuck and Billy who are all outstanding people and great mechanics. Dave will never tell you that you need work done to your car that you dont actually need and his prices are fantastic. He is honest, hard-working and has built the great business he has because of his reputation in the car repair industry. I have been in this area for 2 1/2 years and have taken my car to different car repair shops.. I found this repair garage and asked them to take a look at my car.. I must say they did a very good job.. my search for good repair garage is finally over. They are the best in terms of quality work. Usually you need to have an appointment but I was lucky as someone didnt show up. So if you want them to work on your car then better call first before showing up.. I m glad they worked on my car.. Good honest people

I would definitely recommend Daves to anyone I know. Myself, and my family and friends take our cars here. They are great at communicating with customers and the pricing is well worth the service. They have always finished the work quickly and correctly. If you want someone reliable, they are a great choice.

We have taken our vehicles to Daves for many years and he has always given us great service at very reasonable prices. Beyond this, Dave personally makes sure that the vehicle is safe and lets you know of any problems that may be on the horizon. He and his staff are the only trustworthy auto repair specialists I have found and I cannot recommend his shop too much.

I have been taking our automobiles to Daves since 2004. I do not know of a more honest individual or vehicle repair facility in Ohio. The work is performed, advice on what is needed--or NOT needed is given, and the rates are exceptionally reasonable. All vehicles are test driven before being released back to the customer. I admit I drive a beater with a heater. A lot of places wouldnt be very enthused about working on it since its more than 20 years old. But Daves treated me the same way they would treat someone bringing in a nicer, newer model car. To me that says a lot about the type of shop they are - that type of treatment isnt often found in the auto repair industry. Ive been to a few places in the past who would barely give me the time of day once they heard the model year of my car.Im really glad to have my car back, and Ill be a Daves Customer from now on. (hopefully with a little bit nicer car in the near future!)

Totally unprofessional! I and my husband saw a couple reviews and decided on calling this business. Lady who answered the phone was very pleasant. Dave or Dan or whatever his name was nastyl. I was calling for pricing for labor only he said I DONT DO THAT OK OK! and continued to cut me off during the conversation. If thats how you treat customers I not sure how you stay in business. I would never refer anyone here!
