Got recommended here from a larger Nissan dealer up the street. This place is old school, and in the best way too. Handwritten service notes, no computers and A+ work, guaranteed for one year (muffler/exhaust). They were able to salvage portions of my exhaust instead of forcing me to purchase an entirely new system. The price was incredibly reasonable. Check them out.

Bubbas always treat me great!! Much love that way, they always get me back on the road and with honesty. Get there very early though or you may not get served. As early as 6:30 7am plus you have to stand in line so prepare for the weather.

They currently have my car..So absolutely grateful they took me in at the last minute since they saw me there the day before but were all full.Will update the rest when I go get my car back. ☺️

Bubbas is a fantastic place to get your car fix. Most know that you must be early to get in line to get service. Because theyre the best in town, or if you have time you can wait. Once they get your car in they explain what needs to be done and the cost. After that in a reasonable amount of time your donePlus keep your receipt most work is cover for two years, but you must have the receipt

The best place to go to get your work done one your car. And very reasonable prices. But i advice you to be there there at 7 or 8 am to get in line can be long. Thats how good they are. My big brother Al told me about them years ago. But im just now going. Best move i made. Try them one time. And see for yourself

I usually really really love this place, But I recently took my car in for a simple fix, and its been 6 days of waiting for them to fix it! They ordered a part, that part was wrong, and now I am still waiting for that part to come in! Hopefully soon! But 9/10 times I recommend this place. Just dont understand what is happening with this part!

I went today @ 10 am this morning & was told it’ll be a 2 hour wait not too bad i left at 11 & came back at 3 my car still hasn’t been so I leave again I didn’t get a call until 4:58 missed the call tried to call back at 5:00 couldn’t get in contact finally at 5:05 they tell me I have to wait more hours because they already took out my car now their closed and i still haven’t gotten my vehicle & I was only supposed to be waiting 2 hours hopefully my car runs fine I heard they come with a 2 year warranty

Best place in the World to service your car. My late father Steve used them for his used car business for over a decade. I recently had my Nissan Murano serviced and James took care of me greatly. You will save at least half of what you would pay for car services else where!

I took my neighbor to drop off her vehicle (as a walk in, no appointment) in the morning and she is very satisfied with the work they did. We went back shortly before 6p to pick up her vehicle.Be aware, they STAY busy and it is very crowded in the parking lot. I would suggest you call first.

Bubbas Better Muffler & Brakes is a place that I never knew about until a friend referred me to this shop about 8 months ago. 4 months ago my sons Toyota Camry was in need of some exhaust work (his car was muffler repair loud). Took the car to Bubbas. In a few hours the car was brought in, diagnosed and fixed. My sons car sounds very quiet now.Fast forward to yesterday 7/19/21. My Lexus GX 470 SUV was making a rattling sound underneath and was sounding louder than normal, but not muffler repair loud. I took it in to Bubbas and learned that the tailpipe to the muffler had come away from the muffler and had a leaky gasket. Bubbas got me in, diagnosed the problem and fixed my car in a few hours.Pros: price is right, price is straight forward on the spot, Bubba actually brought me in the bay underneath my car and showed me the problem and then told me what needed to be fix (no wonders at all), all staff are very friendly and treat you like familyCons: Bubbas Better Muffler & Brakes does such great work that a ton of people come to this shop to get work done on their cars of all races (all very busy), if you are not early enough to get your spot in line, you may not get your car worked on that day. No appointments - its a first come first serve or work on basis. This is a great con or problem to have in my opinion.With two cars serviced recently - I give Bubbas two thumbs up which translates to: highly recommended for any exhaust work needed.

Service was very slow. Went in for an exhaust system. My car when I drove it was making this unusual noise. Took it back they claim no heat shield was put on and they would have to place one on the car. It still makes noise just not as loud. I think they try to fix too many cars really fast and some things dont get done properly. The cost was over $ 500.00 which was to me a lot for the time and inconvenience. I dont think I will be going back.

If you have an older car RUN TO BUBBAS! For all your muffler, brake, and exhaust work. I have a 14 year old Ford Fusion that is rolling along when the exhaust pipe literally broke in half while I was on the highway. I was quoted $950 to get it fixed over in Mayfield Heights. I was thinking about taking her to the big junkyard in the sky when a friend told me about Bubbas. They fixed it for $270! And they warranty their parts for 2 years. It isnt white glove service and it may take them a bit to get to the car but who cares? I would give them a pint of my own blood to save $700.One note, they dont take appointments, get your car there first thing in the morning. Expect a line at the door.

This place was recommended on one of my Facebook groups. I had a steering fluid leak, took it to another shop that gave me estimate of $1,200 and saying I have to replace the steering column rack. Took it to Bubbas Better Muffler for them to look at it. At first there was a misunderstanding on the phone between me and the technician, and I was very upset. The next day I came over to pick up my car, and the owner was there. He explained what he meant and we apologized for the misunderstanding, and I decided to go with the repair. They quoted me $100 for the repair. They said the steering column was fine, that all I had was a leak from the steering line and to replace it it was $100. Needless to say, I was very happy with this price, and at the end of the day, I came to pick it up. Once I was at checkout, the owner apologized again for what was as much my mistake. I cant say enough good things about this place. Great price, honest people, great service. Go there. You wont be disappointed.
