Terrible service. He tried to charge me 700$ to change my water pump. Then proceeded to scream in my face when I went to pick up my keys after I turned down his service when he tried to over charge me. Would not recommend.

Took my car in because the vent direction dial (defrost, face, windshield ECT.) Was stuck. He claimed to have replaced the cable for $250. I picked up the car, still sticking. He said it would loosen up, it was completely stuck by the time I got home. Took it back the next day he supposidlr greased it and again promised it would loosen up. 3days later, stuck again. I investigated and found the problem was not the cable but a vacuum door further inside the dash, (hard to reach). Also there is nothing on this cable that should be greased. When I called he very rudely told me, I dont know anything about a door and refused to return my money. So on other words he did not know how repair it but thought he would make some cash and take advantage of me. Also when I dropped the car off I specifically told him, do not do anything until you call me with the cost. He took it upon himself to replace wiper blades for $29, fill my washer fluid for $2.50 (I had a whole new bottle in the trunk), replace a headlight that I didnt know was out, claimed there was a screw in my tire and charged for repair, (funny it wasnt flat), all without my permission. Im from the neighborhood and after talking to a few folks, (one that quit working for him because of his business ethic) this guy is liar, theif and pos. Belive me, I would take him to court but the amount is not worth it. I will ruin his reputation every time Im given the chance.

Always our go to place for auto repair. Al has been in the business of repairing cars for over 50 years. Weve been going to Al since 1984. Never had a problem with a repair. Always the best price in town. Honest fair work. Will only repair what needs done.

Al is trustworthy and affordable. He doesn’t try to sell you parts you don’t need and always lets you know pricing before he does any work. I’ll never go anywhere else for car service. He has my 2010 Sebring feeling like a brand new car.

I went to this shop for an e-check repair since it was listed on the state e-check service providers. I had the vehicle repaired and paid hundreds of dollars. I took it to e-check and it still did not pass. I took it back and was told that 90% of the time the repair works but since mine didn’t I may need a dealer part for the repair. They were supposed to check pricing on part since they were given all paperwork on the repair. That was 2 1/2 months ago and I still haven’t heard a thing. I called today and was told they’ve been busy and I should bring car back next week. I just want my money back. I don’t have time to keep returning to a shop I’ve already been to twice. Guess it’s small claims court for me.

More than 50 years experience in one gem of a guy, Al, who has decent young fellows working for him. Straightforward talk without scripts. Heard him telling a customer on the phone that work DIDNT need to be done, or not immediately. The integrity of yesteryear!

Very paranoid hate taking my car anywhere but I trust Al so that should say a lot I would recommend getting your car done here or at least getting the diagnosis hes been in business for multiple years and Ive never had a problem taking car in on Wednesday actually check them out
