This place charged me for for an oil change than the dealership. They then tried to charge me around $360 for front brakes. I have synthetic oil but they have on my sticker to come for my next oil change in 3000 miles. This place needs some retraining. Just because Im a female doesnt mean Im ignorant to these things. I went to Tire Discounters and they did front and back for $388.

Was involved in a fender bender accident. The insurance company representing the other driver was paying and recommended this company, which is one the insurance company maintains a relationship with. According to the insurance adjuster, the repair shop must meet their high standards to maintain this relationship. Youngs replaced and repaired my door and front fender. Fit and finish is fantastic, and they got all of the electrical connections (speaker, windows, locks, mirror, etc.) properly hooked up. Im a happy camper and see why they have such a (deservedly) high rating.

Not that you ever want to have your car repaired but when you have to you want it to be with someone you trust. Greg, Sarah and Cliff (and the rest of the staff) go above and beyond and work hard to make the experience less painful. Sarah is always friendly and if she doesn’t have the answer she will get it for you. Excellent work and customer service.

Greg and his staff are amazing to work with. Wade is the GM and a pleasure to communicate with. Sarah at the front was on point about updates from our insurance to our repair in our company truck! I can’t think them enough. Definitely take your care here for collision work! No other place in town comes close.

After hitting a deer, we took our truck to Youngs Autobody. They gave us a quote, an estimated time frame and was repaired, and all clean when we went to pick her up!!! They did a FANTASTIC job - Cliff was awesome and answered every question I had. I would totally recommend taking your vehicle to Youngs Autobody!

I was told my headlight and hood repair would take 4 days. I was never called, when I called I was told I called too much and to stop. Finally after two weeks I got my car back. Horrible customer service

The work stood the test of time! I had a front fender bender 7-8 years ago that was fixed and painted here. Just a couple months ago the clear coat has started to fade/peel. I have been told by mechanics you are lucky if after a fix the clear coat isn’t peeling within 3 years or so. I got 7 (or 8) years out of mine with no waxing in that time frame either. If I did probably would still look brand new.

Youngs Auto Body had the odds stacked against them with me because I am probably one of the most purticuler person Greg has had to deal with in a while. Greg made sure I was completely satisfied and definitely takes pride in his business and in the work that comes out of his garage. Youngs exceed my expectations, which is hard to do. For these days you do not get very often. Thanks to all the guys that worked on my Ram 1500. I believe, Its in a better condition now than before I wrecked it. Cannot thank you all enough.q

I had a little incident where I was t-boned in Chattanooga by a guy who ran a red light. Man my heart was broken because needless to say I love my truck. I was so worried because of the amount of damage, worried because of all the horror stories about side impact accidents. If it wasnt totaled would it ever look as good, drive as good or feel as good as it did when I bought it brand new. Well not only were the staff at Youngs unbelievably wonderful to deal with but the craftmanship and work that was put into my truck was absolutely flawless. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

Twice, yes twice within a year I have had to repair my Ram 1500. Both times I took it to Youngs. The reason...the first time a friend of mine, a police officer, recommended Youngs. They did an excellent job on repairing my left side rear fender, tailgate and bumper. Just like new and they returned the truck super clean. The second time the same area was hit and again the same excellent repair work was done. I recommend Youngs Auto Body to anyone looking for excellent repair work.

The customer service is terrible. I called and received an appointment only to be called later by a different employee (rick) who was upset about the date I was given. He starts yelling we cant do that date! to which I replied that was the date I was given. I couldnt believe that this guys attitude and how he speaks to customers. Well, I thought I should make management aware of this so I spoke to a Wade (mgr.)and was told they are aware of Ricks outbursts but there is nothing they can do about it. he is the only one who does that job. He then began to make excuses and was stated Yes, he gets upset sometimes, we are all under a lot of stress right now ??? How does that make it right. Hopefully when you call or have to deal with them they are in a good mood. Good luck! Im taking my business somewhere else.

Reliable an good at their work

I called about an issue with my truck and they spent the time to help me figure out what was wrong with it and saved me money in the process. I thought I had a frame issue and after talking to Greg he saved me the money they would charge to look at it because he determined it should not have any frame issues. He also helped me find someone who could help me and was willing to continue until I was able to get my truck fixed.Its very nice to know that good honest people are still out there running businesses.Thank you Youngs

Body work was great but they are thieves. Stole stuff from my car and the owner had the nerve to tell me it was my fault. Rear end damage doesnt give anyone the right to steal what doesnt belong to them I work too hard for my money to have my stuff stolen.
