I am a teacher, coach, and parent to 4 beautiful children. I have always loved music ever since I was a little kid.My mom would always comment how I would not just sing the lyrics to the songs but I would hum the instrumental parts as well.I have always followed music closely so it was only a matter of time before I got involved with something pertaining to music.About 6 years ago I started DJing for a friend of mine at wedding receptions, corporate events, and school dances.I enjoyed DJing so much that after the first year I started looking for DJ equipment of my own. Looking around I found MadproaudioAfter spending some time on the phone, Madproaudio took my budget and designed a system for me. I was so excited that this was really happening.Well…. It didn’t end up happening…..my marriage was falling apart and I had to put this dream on the backburner. Fast forward 2 years,I am still DJing for my friend and still enjoying it. I decided that I really wanted to get my own system and that the time was right for me.I started looking around at sites for DJ equipment again and something kept bringing me back to Madproaudio. I was born and raised in a small town in central Illinois.My father is a huge supporter of our Veterans and this was instilled in me at a young age. I was also raised that FAMILY is everything and I wholeheartedly believe that.Everything you read about them was the way I was raised. I worked at a big box store in college and customer service was lacking and that always upset me.The customer is what makes the business by coming back, giving great feedback, etc…. I called Madproaudio and said “You probably don’t remember me,but I started a system with you 2 years ago.” Madproaudio did remember and I hadn’t even bought anything. We worked together through email, text, and phone callsto make sure that my system was perfect for me and what I wanted to do. Through talking to Madproaudio I was teetering on the idea of doing Karaoke as well.I love to sing karaoke (once I break the nerves of singing that first song), and had Madproaudio make my system compatible for Karaoke as well.A couple of weeks ago I made the 7 hour drive to Ohio to pick up my system. I got to Cleveland about midnight and they wanted me to let them know that I made it safely.When I first met the people of Madproaudio the following morning, they made me feel like I was family and I had just met them. When I arrived at the shop my systemwas all set up and was playing music, my lights were going, and I could hear and see everything and I wasn’t even in the door yet.When I walked in I couldn’t believe my eyes. My system was perfect! After talking with Madproaudio I decided to add a few extra pieces while I was theregetting me Karaoke ready. Since returning to central Illinois my business has blown up. We are working every weekend. We host karaoke at 4 different establishments.

I spent a few weeks working with Madproaudio to design a system for us. They really hit it out of the park! Couldnt be happier or more satisfied. Were 100% pleased with the products AND the service! Worth every dime! I djd for many years and can tell you from decades of experience, you will be blown away by just ow much they really care about you. So much so, you forget youre even a customer. I had never heard of Mad Pro Audio before buying a karaoke player from them. Before placing my order, I read the reviews and every last one of them was great! I had never seen so many positive comments and reviews, ever. So I thought I need to make the move now and upgrade to this better player, and I bought it. I dont generally read my email every day, but a few days later, I noticed that I had several from them about the karaoke player I just purchased. I responded and he helped me every step of the way, setting some things up before he packed it and sent it to me. I have never in my life experienced this level of customer service in any situation ever. And willing to work with me and help me even after the sale was complete. You cant go wrong buying from Mad Pro Audio, they are the best!

I began looking at Karaoke Systems several years ago. When I ran across Madproaudio’s ads on EBay, I knew immediately that when I decided to buy, this is where I’d start. I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of customer service, period! I knew what I wanted to be able to do with a system, but didn’t have much idea of how to actually put it together. I described to Jeff what I wanted to accomplish and he went to work researching which components would best serve my needs. He laid out possible options and helped me put together a system that would fit my budget. I really believe that Madproaudio’s main objective is to make their customers happy, and not just sell them something. All I can say is that the results were spot on!! I love my system and am having a blast with it! Jeff put in LOTS of time and has been very patient in answering all my questions. Great experience! I first contacted Jeff over a year ago. I was looking for some DJ equipment for my reception. Jeff went out of his way to answer any questions and provide help even if I didnt choose to purchase from him. After going back and forth several times I just didnt pull the trigger. Forward to now, Jeff and I crossed paths again. With my busy schedule I was only able to meet up on a Saturday afternoon. Jeff rearranged his schedule with his family to meet up with us. He took the time to go over all the equipment he suggested to me. Showing us how to setup everything, connect all the equipment, and how exactly to use it. He provided us with his personal number for anytime we may have questions. I cant say enough good things about Jeff. As I look to upgrade and eventually get some Karaoke equipment I will not hesitate this time in contacting Jeff. Dont waste your time with big box stores. Customer service goes a long way with me and Jeff gets an A+. Highly recommend Jeff and Mad Pro Audio.

I now understand why everyone loves Madproaudio. It just might be the first company that actually lives up to Thier reputation big time. My husband & I drove 7hrs to pick up our system. Who does that? Someone that was so impressed with the way we treated that no other store could touch. You can clearly see how much they genuinely care. We made a day of it and forgot we were even customers and felt apart of a family. Impossible to find another company as genuine as this one. Customer for life!

I started looking at karaoke systems at a local store then moved to an internet store before finding Madproaudio. I am so lucky I did find them. Seeing what I have now with what I was being offered other places is night and day. I could of easily got cheaper prices elsewhere, yet this company gives you so much more than you can imagine in true value. The service has been even better than the equipment. When this company said they will treat me like I was the most important customer on earth, they are not kidding! I had promised my wife a karaoke party for her 40th birthday and I was behind schedule but they knocked it out for me in superhuman time. They saved my butt and my wifes party. The system showed up, Madproaudio was there for me at every turn. They kind of stick to you like glue during the process and are genuinely concerned about YOU as a person! . These guys went above and beyond to make our wedding special. My wife and I hired them to set up and supervise a sound system during our wedding reception. The sound system was great. Where they really went above and beyond though was the service before, during, & after the event. Everyone loves this company for a reason and lets just say that they treated us like royalty & the service alone was worth triple what we paid. The wedding turned out to be a fun party that well always remember and the guys from MadProAudio have a ton to do with it. We originally wanted to go our own way because we find DJs to be a bit abrasive sometimes, but we were blessed to find Madproaudio. Just amazing service.

My husband and I were in charge of setting up a sound system, lighting system, projector and projection screen for a wedding. My husband knew the owner of Madproaudio, so he twisted his arm so we could get a great discount. We were setting up on Sunday and could not figure how to get our laptop to work with the system and we were having issues with setting up the Projection screen. We texted the owner and he immediately dropped everything and drove 30 mins in a rain storm to save the wedding event. Because of the big storm and the fact that we messed up the system, everyone kept saying that they were amazed that anyone would go to that great length to help us out that much. I told everyone at the wedding that Madproaudio treats all of their customers like that. I cannot thank you guys enough. You truly saved the day!

MadProAudio has the most personable and affordable service I have experienced with any audio company here in Cleveland. I do event productions from corporate to weddings and Jeff (the owner) was amazing by helping me get an audio system less than two weeks prior to my best friends wedding! He gave us a great tutorial and offered to be available by phone if any issues were to arise. Jeff is also family oriented which my friends and I loved! I stumbled upon an advertisement for MadProAudio while browsing for karaoke equipment on EBay. I noticed there were several sellers with rock bottom prices but not really going in depth about the equipment. One seller jumped out immediately to me, because in their advertisement they requested that you call them before bidding. Not because you had a low feedback score, but because they wanted to ensure they built a system to your needs. Enter MadProAudio. I then found MadProAudios website and discovered it was a veteran-owned business. As a vet myself, that was more than enough for me to make the call - and I have zero regrets for doing it. I spoke with Jeff and within minutes I felt like I was talking to an old childhood friend. Jeff is a true professional. After explaining the type of system I was looking for and the budget I had to work with, Jeff got to work designing something to suit my needs. The day hadnt even concluded and Jeff sent me his ideas. He explained each component of the system, and offered several variables where I could cut costs or make improvements if desired. After letting me think about my needs, I placed my order - going a bit over budget. Not because Jeff insisted on anything or was pushy, etc., but because I knew I wanted more to my system. As my husband is an ebay fanatic, I myself am not fond of it really. My husband has been wanting to purchase a karaoke system for our basement for quite sometime. We have not wanted to make this purchase for the fear of being ripped off. We had no clue what to buy, how much does it really cost, do I really need that, how will I set this up by myself??? OH YES we had lots of questions!!! My husband shows me this ad on ebay and as usual I did the eye roll thing and acted like I was reading it. Then a few comments actually caught my attention. It clearly states CALL BEFORE YOU ORDER and let us CUSTOM DESGIN YOUR NEEDS several times!!! All the reviews were outstanding... You could tell this was a company that loved their customers!!! So I thought well ok lets call in the morning and just see what happens! Well that was the best move I ever made!!! These folks are great... HONEST AND TRUE!!! All those questions I had...Yes they were answered and explained and I was given options and explained in detail what would happen if I went this route or that route. Wow I was woahed!!!
