Have lived here for 2.5 years. In the spring, the building was acquired by KPL Management and I was hopeful they’d be an improvement over the last property manager. They were not. The building is in a general state of disrepair. Exterior doors are broken, allowing anyone to enter the building. Despite repeated complaints, the parking garage door has been open for weeks and tonight several cars in the garage were vandalized.

They violate state laws and have terrible maintenance. The maintenance man once came to fix my toilet that started flushing out of nowhere. He didnt even bring a wrench and I had to lend him my own... Please dont live here. Its smelly and dirty and management will ignore you for months. Garage ceiling is falling apart and once a glass light fixture fell and sat in the stairwell for days...

My uncle lives there its nice and quiet
