The animals are taken care of with all healthcare and well-being having numerous dogs and cats at affordable prices. Small, yet a good place to get your future dog or cat!

I went there looking for a cat.The eople were all very nice work ing there The cats were all beautiful. The one I wanted was already picked out by someone else. I intend to go back soon

I just went inside and in the back to drop off dog food and milk bones. The walk in area seemed very clean, the few personnel were very grateful, nice and friendly.

Adopted a cat from here. As well I have a pups I got about 5 years ago. Thank you for not being a kill shelter and keep up the good work! Both animals are healthy as can be.

Place could be a little more cleaner and cages too

Great place to go. They are a no kill shelter. If you have dog or cat food, treats, bedding or newspaper that you can donate please bring it by.

Fast and great services

Cant touch the animals you are trying to spend your life with. One of the ladies rudely pointed her finger at me like i was her dog while she rudely told me not to open cages, not asked me not to open cages. I get it, but maybe post a sign, they had some on other cages and it deterred me, and then to hear her muttering about me under her breath, come on, Im still in the building. Beyond rude.

Lady at the front desk is rude

I went in here and I greeted the lady at the front desk and she just stared at me with a rude face. I explained why I was there and she had to go get someone else who ended up just turning me down because I found the pet in a different area that was not even ten minutes away but it’s “not Parma” . Does it matter when there’s an animal that’s in need?! Even if i find an animal in Parma ever, I would never go here. They need to get nicer workers, especially at the front desk.

Great caring staff!! And at this time are in need of families to adopt cats and dogs!!
