Very courteous driver. On time with a text message to let me know they were there to take me to the Intercontential Hotel at Cleveland Clinic. When I turned my phone back on after a flight I knew immediately and didnt have to worry. It was the same for my ride back to the airport. Because I have many worries due to my health condition, its nice to let them handle the transportation. I just give them my itinerary. Their price is also very reasonable.
