Great customer service

It is too expensive to go in person when there are cheaper options elsewhere. The service was really good and if you have difficult taxes, it may be worth the money. Make sure you are confident that your preparer knows what they are doing!

My tax consultant Ms. Jenkins was very knowledgeable and she explained everything she was doing during the entire process. I appreciate everything from HR Block, it was a little expensive, but I have the peace of my that my taxes were done by an expert.

False claims for refund advance and emerald advance, i for one have the h&r block bank account and have been deined emerald and refund advances for the past two years. Every since the speak no english people took over, just taking my money
