Decent store. Couldve been cleaner and more organized. The staff was super friendly

Regular Dollar General. Not the neatest, easiest to navigate store - but all of them seem to be like that.

Love this store. Never a dull moment. Found the items I wanted.

The people in this store are really helpful and always pleasant. The shelves are always stocked. I have never shopped at this location and there was an out of stock. Always clean and organized. Five Stars all day.

Found mostly what I needed and then some. Shelves stocked, cashier was helpful and pleasant (dont see that much in cashiers anymore), prices reasonable.

Always a friendly atmosphere, workers are always kind and helpful.

This store is an absolute nightmare. There are boxes and product littered all throughout the isles. I tripped no less than 3 times navigating the overly crowded walk ways. To top it off the young lady at register was just sitting doing nothing when I walked in. Then she disappeared to the side office for a good while. She then had the nerve to come back to front and be on her phone scrolling social media as she checking me out. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I just overall like dollar General over family dollar better deals good service better choices of products at cheaper prices. And good customer service

Well it was great considering the closest Dollar General to me closed at 6 p.m. I dont know if thats company policy or just a lame manager getting off early due to nice weather.

Good prices, saved on almost every item I bought. Staff was extremely helpful and supportive. A very satisfying shopping experience.

The manager and staff are nice. I like that they dont have a high staff turnover rate so you get use to seeing the same people for years at a time. My biggest complaint is that I have to walk through the nasty smell of black and mild cigars to get into the store. The manager stands outside to smoke them all the time!! On more than one occasion, Ive gone elsewhere just to avoid the experience.

Well, its a dollar store. They did have good service for being a dollar store. I really dont go to these kind of places much. But this is a desent one. I just dont much to say here. This store dose exactly what it supposed to do, which is real good these days.

I give it 4 stars for the staff that always manage to answer my questions. and give me great service. The store has cleaned up well and Ive found some really nice things for a very good price!

All products in store is at low prices better than Family Dollar and marcs

It was dirty, items were all over the place. There were boxes that needed unpacked in most of the aisles. Staff was friendly but clearly the store needs more staff. I will not go back to this store

Lots of good stuff at reasonable price! This store had its aisles cluttered with boxes in multiple locations, which made navigating through it very challenging. Yet, the efforts to dig through pays off because of the findings!

One-stop-shop for most things that youd normally need for things that are essential

It would be REALLY NICE if the store actually abided by the Listed Hours or Holiday Hours Website claims the location on Lee Rd. in Cleveland Heights is open till 11:00pm and at 9:16 pm CLOSED! Aggravating!

Friendly, convenient location, well stocked, friendly employees, public restroom, all around clean and well organized.

Management needs to give them more employees or more hours -too much stock for the couple of people working.

The store was clean, things were priced well and the associate was nice.

The service is absolutely wonderful i eould love to received coupons by e mail i do not always get to use the one on Saturday because i go doing the week
