I absolutely love the volt and the excellent training provided by Philly Weeden. I’ve been pushed to what I thought was beyond my limit; however, it always was just the start of what my body could handle. My body has changed tremendously in only a few short months. I’m grateful and excited to continue the transformation.

Derrick the personal trainer is rude and unprofessional. Signed up for monthly personal training classes he never said that this was not a personal training lesson when I found this out I asked for my money back . He was very rude when responding & saying he would not refund my money for the unused classes.

The Voltage Fitness Center is a great place to work out. There are cardio classes, personal training, and plenty of machines to use to get fit. The environment is supportive and I absolutely love it! I travel from Stow to work out! I love it that much!

This facility has everything!! The trainers, the staff, the gym just AWESOME! They even have a massage studio upstairs!, book one Lauren is da best! AWESOMESAUCE!!

The workout overall is great, live on location classes are fired up!!! However, customer service is the Worst Ive seen in years. The publicity alone should cause them to fulfill orders in a timely manner or very least be responsive to customers. Placed multiple orders for videos charged and to no avail with shipment. Bad business, Very disappointed, if you are not local spend your money elsewhere.

I have been attending Naturally Gifted Fitness Center for 2.5 years and I love it! Fun and loving environment. They truly care about their clients. Wide variety of classes from Yoga to Intense Cardio. Very Affordable!

Manager there was willing to keep charging me five Dollars every time I brought my son in for childcare. She never thought to mention to me that I could pay $10 for childcare for the whole month. once I was made aware of the fact that I could pay 10 for the full month I asked if I could be credited for all of the money I had already paid and was told no. mind you the “childcare” Area there is just slightly larger than a baby’s playpen and the last time I had him in the childcare area there was no one actually supervising him. I am strongly considering discontinuing my personal training sessions just to avoid having to do business at this facility. This is why I don’t go out of my way to support black businesses they have no sense of customer service. You have a company that’s doing well locally and they feel that affords them the ability to dismiss customers whenever they choose and that’s typically why you don’t see a lot of large companies that are black owned. Denise’s attitude is very unpleasant and for her to be the manager is kind of scary. Very unprofessional

Ive gone to Naturally Gifted on and off for maybe 1.5 years now. I try to go a few times a month but havent recently because of my schedule and the distance. I really love the Extreme Hip Hop Step class. Its definitely the best/ most challenging/most fun step class that I have ever been to. I would honestly go every week if I could.HOWEVER on the subject of how this business is run, I give Naturally Gifted 2 Stars. While the classes are great, there is a seriously unwelcoming atmosphere to the facility. Not so much from the instructors or staff but the people that are members. For example, in Xtreme Hip Hop, people will often create and save spaces in the facility for their friends or other individuals who are not there yet. I found this to be very unwelcoming and cliquey. The place in general is very cliquey and more like a social club than a gym sometimes. I go to the gym to get a workout in. Not to try to be cute or get attention. Obviously the owners dont have complete control over what their members do but I immediately noticed this and was surprised that Philly doesnt work to correct those types of things. Obviously many of the people that go there are friends, but if you are an outsider, prepare to feel like youre in high school with grown women. Although it is uncomfortable to be there sometimes, I go for the workout so I dont really let it phase me.Another thing, Ive driven across town to attend class more than once only to find the business closed. No posting on the website or here on Facebook. One time I came inside to find no class and when I inquired I was told that it was cancelled and that I should have looked on Instagram. At the time I did not follow them on Instagram so I did not know. I had also walked in with a girl who stated that she lived elsewhere and was in town and wanted to check out the class. She did not see anything about the center being closed that day. Not a good look.I eventually followed then on Instragram, but that should not be the only place to inform members of perspective members about a closing.On the subject of Instagram, one thing that has completely turned me off to NGFC is poor judgement on the part of Philly via his social media channels. Today I saw on NGFCs Instagram page, a photo of a woman that Philly identified as hisclient on a scale, showing weight lose of 7 lbs after working with him for 1 week. The womans toenails clearly were not done and the caption for the photo read, naturallygiftedfitness Congrats to @phillyweeden client for losing 7lbs her 1st week!!! FEELING AMAZING!! SAY SOMETHING NICE 😂😂😂 I felt that this post was in extremely poor taste. IF that was in fact a client of Phillys it would be mortifying for that person to be embarrassed and ridiculed like that on social media as they celebrate a triumph in weight lose. I left a comment on the picture saying just that and went back to see that I had been blocked and my comment deleted, with the caption changed. As a business owner and trainer, with a product that is deeply personal, I felt like it was in very poor taste to post something that you knew would be a joke to others. I hope that in the future Philly utilizes better and more thoughtful discernment for his business marketing. Wishing you luck, but I probably wont be back for a while.
