I spoke with Tom from Wire Bids and he offered to give a full refund for the printer. After trying different settings with the printer I found a work around to the issue and have decided to keep it the printer. Tom was very understanding. I would like to apologize, I should have contacted WireBids or Boggs before posting the review. I did not find a way to retract it or I would have. Great company, great people. I will watch and bid on other items in the future as needed. Thank you Tom, again I am sorry.

I dont know if they check the equipment before selling or not. I purchased a Epson 7900 wide format printer. This type of printer is new to me so I didnt know the right questions to ask. All of the color print great except for the black. I cleaned it hoping the nozzle was clogged. I researched and asked questions and learned the print head needs to be replaced, that will cost me upwards $1500 plus dollars. They should supply honest information about the equipment. AS IS, is AS IS and I understand that. Knowing what is, is different, had I know the print head was no good I would not have bid.

Buyer beware! This company does not stand behind their vendors. You will be out any money you spend if you have problems with a worthless thieving vendor.
