I cant report on real estate sales, but I can note their commitment to being a good neighbor.Attended food trucks on Friday when it began raining. We comfortably ate our dinner on their porch at tables they provided. In fact every table was being used and providing shelter from the storm.Those tables reminded me of quieter times when we looked out for our neighbors.Thank you for bringing a hometown feeling to Clermont.

This was an aweful experience the landlords property manager was awful she was rude we put a lot of money into the trailer and it is not worth it there was black mold in all the rooms nobody wanted to fix it and we were getting sick the sink leaked they didnt want to fix that the neighbor hood kids are awfully they run around doing what ever they want and steal things break your Windows and the property managers dont dont do anything. And they rent Then out in unsanitary living contitions
