I needed my driveway and sidewalks pressure washed and emailed John for a quote along with another company earlier this week. Not only was his price reasonable, he beat the other quote by over $50, and came and did the job just two days later on Saturday morning. The service was scheduled for 9:00 am and he was at the house at 8:58. My driveway and front pavers look great. As long as I’m a home owner and he’s in business, I’ll be using John’s Paint and Pressure Washing, a great family business.

My husband and I were very pleased with all the work John and his team did on our house.They first pressure washed the house, then fixed all the cracks and painted the exterior walls, trim, doors and shutters. John and his team were professional and their attention to detail really shows in the finished job. Well done! I met John 12 years ago in Clermont. He was referred to me by a friend who was extremely happy with his professionalism and talent.He was always on time. Very neat. Very courteous and accomodating. He first pressure washed the outside of my home and I was very pleased. He proceeded to do the exterior painting. He even helped me choose the perfect colors. His work was impeccable!I later on used his services for interior painting which I was extremely happy with. He again helped me chose the perfect trim and wall colors. I was just amazed when he completed the job!He is truly talented and I would never use anyone else for any of the services he provides!

When we paint a exterior we first use a clear seal primer then we fix the cracks with elastomeric patch we plastic off all windows do prep work and then paint. When we pressure wash we use the hot water pressure washer when we clean driveways that’s concrete we wash it first then apply chemicals we allowed them to soak in So the job last Twice as long and comes out much cleaner .we do dryer Vent clean outs. We Seal brick paver driveways. We do interior painting . When we pressure wash the house we apply chemicals to gutters soffits and facia and we clean with hot water 💦. We repaint pool decks .

We do not recommend their services!!! Our house was painted one day ago and now has cracks!! They did not fix cracks prior to painting, they did not apply sealer nor did they caulk the windows as promised in their contract. Our front door he painted is horrible, now we have to find another company to re-do the problems they left us with. They are very rude and have excuses for everything, it was to the point the owner denied the information in the contract. If we could give them a negative 100 stars we would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!

I live in Heritage Hills.They just pressure washed my driveway. First they used their hot water pressure washer to clean.Then appliedchemicals to killed the root of the mold, so my driveway will remain cleaner longer. I couldnt be happier. I will use again and highly recommend.

John and his father have done all the exterior maintenance on my home in Summit Greens including a full paint job several years ago. The job they did still looks great today and I will be having him do my pavers next.

When I first asked for a price quote, John Sr offered to show my wife and I some of the houses he painted so that we would know what kind of work we would be getting for our money. At one home that he was showing us, the homeowner came out and was a little surprised to see people looking at the exterior of his house. He was very pleasant and confirmed to us that John does great work and was very pleased. John spent about 45 minutes with us showing us homes around Clermont that he painted.In my opinion, anyone that will spend a good amount of time showing customers examples of his work, has to take great pride in his work. These guys are very professional and go out of there way to make you happy they definitely went the extra mile to paint my house. i cant believe the amount of paint and they used even sealed it first my house was full of large stair case cracks all over the place and you cant even see where a single one was my house looks brand new. i highly recommended them for any painting or pressure washing job. i didnt paint my soffits but when they washed my house they chemically washed them and made them look like they were just put in. I had an accepted quote. Had a couple of conversations with both Johns. Had scheduled the days for the work to be performed. After a couple of days trying to reach them regarding the color that I had chosen, they called me back 1 week prior to the appointment. I was told that since I didnt have a written contract (verbal contract meant nothing to them) or paid a deposit, they wouldnt be able to complete the job. Never was a contract or deposit discussed with me during the multiple conversations I had with both Johns. This was terrible customer service and I would never recommend John Painting and Pressure Washing to anyone. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
