Rented 615 Montara Drive in Calbay Parc but was very displeased with how it was presented and our stay. Five Palms Property Management and Orlando Vacation Rental Homes should not be renting this property out in that condition and there was only a $75 coupon offered for a future stay after dealing with the following. They informed me I should have come up with this list upon arrival and they could have fixed it during my stay. Sorry, but I dont want people coming in and out of my house during COVID to fix issues that shouldnt have existed in the first place.Ants in the master bathroomAir hockey wasnt functional because there was no extension cord - disappointed kidsDartbord was broken - sameThe back blinds were not functioning properly (cannot pull them close as they should be) - hassleShower head in the 3rd bathroom didnt work and was shower was unusable - kids had to use other showersWhere the carpet meets the tile going into the kitchen there was a worn spot and the nail tack that holds the carpet poked through - my wife stepped on a nailTV in living area does not work with the remote. Could not turn the TV off throughout the stay.Stove burner was removed from the stove and placed on the counter for some reason (I didnt try to address)
