There are so many joys of home ownership. One of them is Infinite Pest Solutions. It’s weird how much I love a pest control company but it’s the real thing. They’re experts. They’re professional. The service is stellar. But most importantly, they’re effective. I contemplated torching my new house down when giant, meaty spiders invaded but someone suggested I give them a call instead. They got rid of them after just one treatment. We will never break up. I’m a Stage 5 clinger with this company.

Infinite Pest is an outstanding company. Dray and his team is always on time, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They come for service every 2 months (always notifies us by email & text) and we haven’t had any issues with bugs for couple years since switching to Infinite. Our previous company could not get rid of the spiders & ants we had for months, but after the very first service appointment with Infinite Pest, the ants & spiders were gone! They also offer the Sentricon Bait system (#1 bait system for termite control/protection) for a reasonable price compared to other companies. Very happy with Infinite Pest and we plan to stay with them for years to come.

My husband and I highly recommend Infinite Pest Solutions! Before we switched to them, we had spiders & ants (and mystery bugs) everywhere in our home that the other company could not get rid of. Infinite was able to get rid of them quickly and we have not had any issues for over a year since we signed-up! I don’t know if it’s because they do such a good job on the outside treatment, but they rarely have to come inside to treat since we don’t see any bugs (although they would gladly treat inside if requested). The technicians are always very polite and very knowledgeable about any questions we have. I like the fact that they text & email few days before to let me know it’s time for treatment, so there are no surprise visits. Since I work long hours, I like that I don’t have to be home unless I want the inside treated also. Infinite Pest Solutions is surprisingly reasonable for all the attention-to-detail work they do and even after a year with them, the quality of work is still outstanding. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with pest control companies and we confidently recommend them to our family, friends & neighbors!

This company offers an unmatched service at a great price. More expensive than the big names but you get what you pay for. We live on a lake and consequently experience a high number and variety of bugs. These products are effective and actually dont smell bad. Dray is always on schedule, professional and patient. Infinite Pest Solutions is great. Dray came out and explained all of his services. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. We were having a bit of an ant situation. We signed up with Dray, and he immediately treated the property. The ants were gone instantly and have stayed away. Not only the ants, but all other bugs as well. We decided to give Infinite Pest Solutions a try after several disappointing service calls from our Big Name Pest Control Company (despite having their service for over a year, our roach problem was getting worse, not better - and on their last retreatment they left bait traps full of bugs - in other words, they didnt even clean out what they left a month before).On our first phone call to Infinite Pest Solutions, the owner took enough time to completely understand what kinds of bug problems we were having and describe what he recommended to get rid of them once and for all (or as close to it as you can get when living in Florida :) ).Our technician, Ian, did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing and what we should expect about how it worked. (He even went so far as to show us eggs on our kitchen drawer rails - nasty, but informative!) He was extremely thorough and made sure to treat every possible area that could be a problem - going well above and beyond what we got from The Other Service.He also helped us understand the full course of treating a roach problem, so that we would know what to anticipate with respect to the life cycle of the insects. Its not a one-and-done process, but because of how thorough our first treatment was, were optimistic that this company has what it takes to get the problem taken care of. No miracles, just hard work, the right products, and technicians who get the job done right.

This guys is the real deal. We work in adjacent towns and when we need help out in his area we always recommend our customers to them. They provide a high level of service for their customers and we trust them to take care of ours as well when need be.

Have had a phenomenal experience with Dray so far. He’s already shown me where fire ants are starting to congregate around the outside of our house (that our other pest control company never caught) and has taken steps to eliminate them. He also also has a solution for the spider problem we’ve been having which I’m extremely excited about.

Technician provided information about types of spiders that could be in the areas where we noticed them before the treatment. He kept asking questions of potential problem areas to make sure our issues were taken care of.
