We live in a world of instant gratification & this company response time is amazing. They give precise information rather you prefer a text, email, or a simple call! We live way out in the country and seem to keep a signal through some serious storms. I definitely recommend this company. As far as the value, I cant say due to the fact Im from out of state. Great people to deal with

While using the top tier, they promise 7 mbps upload, and we were receiving (when no one was using the wifi) 4.3 mbps upload. The promised download speed pf 3 mbps was only 2.7 (again with no one using the wifi). When attempting to contact them they brushed off the issues as not enough bandwidth available, etc. They are a very unsatisfactory service.
