Charles from Top Quality Glass is one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. Debating on replacing our windows with new or doing repairs was a tough decision but we are glad we went with Charles. He replaced all of our arched windows with glass much thicker than even new windows have and saved us a ton of money and his work is outstanding and looks beautiful. His work ethic is as professional as they come and he is the neatest cleanest worker I have ever seen. He pays attention to all of the small details and has all the stock you need to make your old windows like new. I dont know how Charles got so many 5 star reviews. I hired him to upgrade glass units to double pane for a few doors and windows. He told me ALL parts were ready before the job started, then at the job site told me he couldnt replace the balance rod which is necessary for heavier glass units as the wholesale shop he buys stuff from doesnt sell individual rods and he would have to spend a few hundred dollars to buy a whole bunch. So I end up with a non-functional window despite I paid him full price for the job.He was also clumsy when breaking the existing window and I found a few broken glass pieces in the carpet and bed one week later.He promised a 5 year manufacture warranty for the glass units but when I asked for warranty contact and paperwork, he ignored me.Worst contractor I ever dealt with.

So let me start by saying, Charles was the ONLY person that helped me or wanted to help me.
