I was in a car accident in 2018. I approached BCN just to see what my options were, and to make sure I was covered. The insurance company kept dragging their feet so much so that we just now settled in 2021, but the entire time the office kept me informed and Mr. Nalios did a great job guiding me with this experience and expertise. I will use them in the future if need, but hopefully not for another accident.

Very unprofessional, I made a phone consultation appointment which was scheduled for today at 1:00pm and charged a $50 fee, never received a call, waited until 1:30pm called them and they said they would call me back, “Don” the secretary leaves me on hold and a few minutes, then picks up again, lost saying “yes how can I help you” then transfers me to “Michelle” “attorney” who sounded like was chewing gum while speaking and was very unhelpful and disagreed with many points of my case which I have consulted with other 3 attorneys and are possible of doing, she sounded like she was not trying to help. Called back after the unsatisfactory consultation to ask if they can either set me with someone else or provide a refund for the horrible consultation, without asking “Don” puts me on hold and picks back up and says she can’t do anything that she will leave a message to Michelle and simply without any other words just hung up, I hope these calls are recorded so management can review it and see the quality of service their employees are providing. HORRIBLE!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM - ATTORNEYS WILL NOT CALL YOU - PARALEGALS HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF LAW. We had a death that left two teenage boys without their father. We went three months with this firm only to constantly get contradicting information and 10 different answers to the same question. The attorney cancelled a phone meeting a HALF HOUR prior to the call. We never had one conversation with the attorney working our case after multiple requests to speak with him. Ultimately after there months of no progress we had to hire another firm.This was absolutely one of the worst experiences we have ever had in our lives at a time when we were counting on someone to help us with a death in the family that involve two young children.I dont care what any reviews say prior to this review, if youre thinking about using this firm for a case involving a death I would reconsider. Maybe they have better knowledge of other types of cases but I get the impression that they are fairly new handling probate and at this point they are not knowledgeable enough to handle your case.

I hired Kenneth Costello to handle a simple intestate probate. The estate had already been probated in a different state, but I needed a FL probate to sell property my mother had owned in FL. They deposited the retainer i mailed them quickly, but then I didnt hear from them for months. It took 2 days of being promised a managing attorney would get back to me for Mr. Costello to call. After an initial phone interview I sent him some paperwork and he scheduled a follow-up phone call for the next day; which he promptly forgot about until I reminded him. There was zero communication between him and his paralegal, so I had to repeatedly explain the case. It then took 6 weeks of weekly emails and requests for updates for a simple probate packet to be put together. The attorney I hired in the interim to replace Mr Costello was able to do it in an hour, and had the estate submitted to court within 48 hours; for half the price that Boyett Law Offices charged. Finally (because there had to be more), the my case file and refund for unused fees after firing this firm were sent to the wrong address; the addressed I requested my documents be sent in the email demand was ignored, the same address listed on their client intake form was ignored. Instead, the documents were sent to the address listed on the out-of-state probate forms; which I had not lived in for 3 months before hiring this poorly managed, indolent, disorganized firm.

I suppose if you have a large money claim you might be well served. However, that was not the case in our situation. This office and their paralegal do NOT return phone calls or emails. When we attempted to contact them again we received a phone call from our attorney asking that we not call them again. In other words, DONT CALL US, WELL CALL YOU. When we were told that one of the medical offices that were billing us were unresponsive to their attempts to get a fee reduction, after many weeks, I called the office myself. I was IMMEDIATELY put through and was able to negotiate a reduction. Apparently our case was just not profitable enough to require their attention.. I hope I never have to see an attorney again. If I do, I would NEVER contact this firm.

They do not offer free consultation as advertised. I wanted to speak with a lawyer about some problems with local law enforcement. I called and waited a week. Then called and waited another week. The third time I called I was given a poorly constructed lie and was not able to be put in contact with a lawyer. They lied to me rather than grant me a consultation. There are other law firms in the area to choose from that at the very least would just tell you they cant help rather than lie.Unprofessional and untrustworthy

Now November I email and called again and was told by an attorney that her paralegal would get back to me to make a scheduled appointment, no contact back to me.
