Great service and prices we only use them for our business

Never was given a notice to any “mandatory” backflow install from Toho water, or American backflow. I am electrician and understand the importance of professional technicians, what I received was the most unprofessional rude employee I’ve ever encountered in my life. The guy has no power to shut my water off, but clearly stated he was going to under his breath. I have this very rude employee on video from my ring making all kinds of threats and being unprofessional under his breath and to me through my video doorbell. Also he never even did the “mandatory” install even though the irrigation hose bib is right next to the sidewalk in front. I’ve never been behind on one Toho payment and Toho is going to use these a******* for a subcontractor making empty threats like a child. Really wish I could post the video to this review, my fiancé and I were in shock.

Company hire careless drivers. I was driving on the 417 when a box full off smaller boxes flew out of the bed of one this companys trucks causing myself and several cars to swerve. Thankfully everyone but the ABF Services employee did everything they could to prevent an accident. Maybe this wouldnt have happen if the truck driver wasnt on his phone or if he even has the decency to properly secure a load.

Obviously you understand that backflow testing while mandatory is not something that any business really wants to spend a ton of time on, so having an entity likeAmerican Backflow & Fire Services handle it with no energy on my part is perfect. Used them for backflow cert. and called to have it done again. Phone just rang and rang no one answered? Odd guess I will take my business elsewhere.
