I want to give a shout out to Nick, Dylan, and Ryan! They quickly fixed for extensive repairs on my phone and just a little over an hour, and I couldn’t believe how little it cost to do this. They were quick, courteous, and professional and friendly to my budget. In addition to this, the parts have a lifetime me guarantee. On first day of tax free school shopping, I stopped in a spoke with Nick. I recently purchased a new phone, case and screen protector. I was to afraid to put the protector on myself. Nick said bring it back in and I can do it for you. I brought all my stuff in the following day and it was a success. Great job.

My experience may be an isolated incident, but I came to this business because of the fact it was conveniently located inside walmart and so I brought my drone to them to repair. Prior to bringing my drone to them I asked several questions and one of the things I was told by one of the techs there was that I wouldnt have to pay a diagnostic fee, which I thought was cool. In the end, after having my drone in their possession for about 3 weeks, I picked my drone up and had to pay a $30 diagnostic fee. It wasnt a big deal, seeing that I was told that the drone was tested and was flying. However, when I got the opportunity to actually fly my drone, it wasnt able to be flown. I couldnt get it to work at all. I Im not sure how an employee was able to fly the drone, when I couldnt get it to fly through the Android app or through the controller directly. There just was no way the drone couldve been flying. I then reviewed the flight history if the drone and in fact, I was right. My drone had not been flying at all because if it had been.... even if it was for 30 seconds, it will have been recorded in the flight history and it wasnt so Im not sure why I was told another employee who was working on it had it working and flying cause the flight history doesnt show that at all.My overall experience with this company is that this company tried their best to fix my drone, but in the end I paid them $30 for nothing. In fact, when I brought my drone to them the error message I was getting was stage coach motor error. However, once I got my drone back from them, the error message was now, stage coach motor broken.So it appears that they may have broken the motor in an attempt to fix it. I dont hold them responsible because drones are very hard to work on and are very detailed. In the end, the employees all were professional and courteous, so I cant say I wouldnt bring maybe another electronic item of mine thats not working properly for them to fix, but as far as any drone I have, that I will leave up to the drone maker to diagnose and fix.

Ryan and Justin did a phenomenal job. Between my customer service and the short amount of time it took to get my phone fixed I was amazed. Very friendly employees and made my day better. I thought my phone was done for and now it’s good as new. Go to Techy clermont and ask for them!!

I am not impressed by this store, I took in slides from my tour in Vietnam to be transferred to CD, that was May 20th. It is now June 11th and I am STILL WAITING!!!!!! I have checked weekly for the progress, all I get is excuses as to why they arent done!!!!! Last excuse I got was that Sean had taken the slides home......I either want this project done or, my slides back so I can take them to someone competent to get this done!!! Now that Sean has not responded to the stores calls, I am now in fear that these slides are now lost forever!!! I DO NOT recommend this store at all!Sean and the staff stepped up and got the job done!!!! Thanks to all that made this happen...I will use Techy in the future, they fulfilled my job and did it very professionally!

I called the Techy store and spoke with Justin. Excellent customer service. I drove an hour, worth the drive. I came is with the volume buttons stuck in ZTE android that caused the SAFE MODE to be permanent. All apps was in accessible. The tech Dylan shockingly was able to open it and get it unstuck. Now Im ordering new buttons. Its worth two more hours of driving. Now I can use the Geico App along with others. I strongly recommend all to use this company. They were the only folks able to touch and repair phones that many others do not do. Thank you!!! BM

We had an iPad with a cracked screen held together with tape. Got it repaired at Techy in Clermont. The new managers were great, fast and the screen was perfect and like new! We’ve recommended it to family and friends.

Awesome service! William Jones helped us with our iPhone 7 Plus screen repair and did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend the Dr Phone Fix in the Walmart in Clermont to anyone looking for great repair service.

I took three phones in to be worked on. One iPhone SE needed a new proximity sensor, one iPhone 5s needed a battery, and one iPhone 6 needed a battery. Martin was extremely friendly and seemed confident that he could repair all the phones. I didnt think about the fact that he didnt write anything down when I dropped off the phones. When I went back a few hours later to pick up the phones, Martin was there and said everything was fixed. When I got home and distributed the phones to my family, my wife mentioned that the sensor was still not working properly. I inspected and agreed. I took her phone back the next day and had someone inspect the phone. Upon inspection, the technician informed me the screen had been replaced... I didnt ask for the screen to be replaced. Also... one of the phones that was supposed to have had the battery replaced wasnt charging properly and the LCD screen appeared to have been damaged. I found out that Martin was working the next day and decided to come back to speak with him. When I came in, he assured me hed fix it. I admit, when I came back, the proximity sensor was fixed, but there was something loose in the earpiece that caused a weird vibration when using the phone that made it difficult to understand the person on the other end. Also... the phone wasnt charging properly, was sluggish, and after resetting it, went into a boot loop. I decided to take it back in. I left it with him again and went back a week later to pick it up... no change. Since taking my phones in for repair I have spent $700 to replace two of them with used phones from Craigslist. In my opinion, Marty (or another tech) switched out the screen on the iPhone SE and messed up the logic board during repair of the device. Save yourself the hassle, time, extra cost to replace repaired devices. Avoid leaving your device in the incapable hands of Dr Phone Fix.

My phone would not take a charge, I was sure it was the charger, the battery, or the phone. Marty, the technician, quickly identified the problem was actually the cable between the charger and the phone. I was happy with the low cost fix of replacing the cable only. Very honest and friendly establishment.

I love going here! Shawn is great, and always very helpful and friendly when Ive come in. After i shattered my screen and had it replaced by them, I got a tempered glass screen case, which cracked (expected after taking many hits) in multiple spots, so I took to get a new one and my actual phone screen underneath was perfect, no cracks or scratches. I got a new screen on today, and my phone looks good as newI will always take my phone here to be fixed!!!

As bad as it gets. They have had my phone for a whole week and still not fixed. I was told the phone would be fixed in 1 hour when I dropped it off. I came back 4 hours later and the tech had not even started working on the phone.After having the phone for 9 days I finally got a call it was ready to be picked up. The tech John Cordell tells me that he put a screen for an iPhone 6s on my phone and that because of this the repair price has increased by $40 bucks. I explained that I have an iPhone 6, not 6s therefore the price should be as originally quoted.I wouldnt recommend John, or this company at all. If you do decide to use them, I would get a written quote before any work begins.Please, save yourself the time and frustration.

Walked in today to ask about a iPhone 6S plus screen fix. I had a few questions about if they could just replace the broken part or the entire thing needed to replace. The guy kinds chuckled (in a rude embarrassing way) and replied something to the effect that we need to replace the whole thing of course. Of course? Of course what? this is my first time breaking my phone and was just curious. He treated me like I should know. After that he was on his computer and doing something else half paying attention to me. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMEND YOU TO ANYONE. I will find a place that appreciates its customers.

Horrible place! I got my phone fixed here & I dropped my phone on carpet, and got a crack! I also got my cracked IPad fixed, had no problems but the screen. Was fine to use just an eye sore, had it for years.. Now, I got it fixed & when I received it I seen the home button was turned & the square appeared as a diamond! I didn’t mind it though, and didn’t think anything bad would happen, so I left it alone..A couple weeks later the button is back to normal, but the home button no longer works. The iPad is no use to me anymore. I paid $400 for it & then $100 to get it fixed.Also my siblings and mother have gotten their screens fixed there and there is always a problem. I don’t recommend going to this place.. it’s horrible.

I LOVED GETTING MY PHONE FIXED HERE;I recently went to fix my iPhone 7 here and had really good service and experience .One of the associates that really did a good job helping me out and fixing my phone was a guy named Kem.He really knew what he was doing and helped everything go smooth and gave me no difficulties.

I went to Dr Phone Fix when my wifes iPhone screen was broken after being dropped. The service provided by Jeff was fast, thourough, and he was very knowledgeable. He fixed my wifes phone much faster than I expected and even helped me out with a wifi issue on my own phone. I was in and out and back to my vacation with very little headache. Jeffs outstanding customer service was the reason for my 5 star rating.

Absolutely the worse company. I took my daughter iPhone in to get her screen replaced because it cracked. I dropped the phone off in the morning and went back in the evening to get it and was told that the phone wont turn on. After anther few hours of them trying to download stuff and replacing batteries and putting on several new screens they could not get the phone to turn on. Needless to say I was not happy because the phone worked fine except the cracked screen when I dropped it off. Ended up taking the phone to another place and it ended up costing my almost $200 because this place used the wrong screws destroying the mother board! This place is ridiculous and very unprofessional and worst of all liars!

I guess this is the service youd expect at a walmart location. I dont know if is worse, the walmart employees or the staff at dr. phone fix. Rude does not begin to explain the people that work here. id rather buy a new phone than have these arrogant people repair my phone. you people need a customer service class, or better yet a how to talk to people class. TERRIBLE!!!
