The best car wash ever. My truck was so clean after only utilizing the basic wash option. I can’t even fathom how it would be if I used the premium washes. And even included FREE vacuum and carpet cleaner. Definitely recommend.

Various prices for all budgets. Not always easy to pay at the machine. Overall good service and friendly, helpful staff on most days. They do offer a monthly pass.i like that.

Theyre quick and convenient, except for the fact they dont observe their own hours of operations. 3 times in the past month Ive come and theyve been closed during their operating hours. Theyve been closed at 9:50am, 1:30pm, and 6pm. What good is a monthly pass if I cant use it?? Will cancel my pass if it happens again thats for sure.

Came here when it opened at 9 there was a line no biggie, but for the $30 wash which included and dust down of the dash and a vacuum it took over 1 1/2hrs to complete and my car was still dirty on the outside with a bunch of old dirt that the machine didnt clean off and the front bumper was still dirty, never again coming here would not recommend even for what i thought was gonna be a quick wash😡

Never respect the closing time, they offer to close at 8pm and at 7:40pm they have been closed

Drove all the way from MI on a family vacation and my SUV was covered with bugs. They provided a free bug wash, thats the BEST!! In MI car vacuums are not free so to be able to do this for free, was great.

I love the unlimited Car Wash pass I use it at least six or seven times a month so the $40 is totally worth it for me. My wife also wishes that she had it but she did not sign up for itbut I think she will next month as a matter of fact I know she will. But we dont drive her car much some reason were always in my car. But anywho I love this place.

No drying towels? Cmon Joe! Wash did a good job, but some of the brushes inside were inoperable to include the ones that hit the front bumper and the wheels, evidenced by easily wiped-off bugs remaining on the front and brake dust on the wheels. Has the potential to be a 5 star with the wash and dry quality, just need complimentary drying towels (like every other similar brand wash) and some brush maintenance.

I use a car wash every single week and I’m always impressed by how efficient they run automated car wash, the cleanliness of all of the vacuum and the experience and attention to detail in the detailing.I was extremely impressed this morning with the gentleman,Edrik, who was in charge of getting all the ours for the car wash by himself and was doing an amazing job. I have a membership here and it is well worth the money on everything that gets on our cars in Florida, and efficiency in which I can just pull in and use the car wash use the vacuum and be out within 10 minutes is 100% worth it.Any locals I highly recommend it and if you’re traveling and need to return a rental car this is the place to come

I paid for detailed cleaning service. I wasted two hours of my time plus $75. I didnt paid attention when I left cause I was on the phone. Once I got home I literally started laughing. All they did was good vacuuming and washed from outside and that was it. They didnt wash the carpet. I cleaned the rest of it when I got home. They have good express wash and thats why I added another star but detail was very poor. I am in car business and I know what Im talking about.

I woukd like to update my review of Joes Car Wash. We have been to this kind of Car Washes for the past 10 years. We just bought a new truck about a month ago and of course wanted to keep it looking good. Well, we have taken it to Joes 2 times in the past two weeks and ran it through the wash first time, the brushes did not even touch the roof or the hood, we ran it through the second time. No we still had the same dust and dirt on the hood and roof and bugs on the windows. Well yesterday, we thought maybe it would help if we paid more and upgraded to the full service Manager Special. Well same experience, the brushes do not like our truck, they just come up our move to the side. We did the full service so we went to the lobby while they vacuumed and wiped down the inside. They said they would run it through the wash again so we watched from the lobby window and again, the brushes didnt come down so I called the manager and he said he would refund our money. It wasnt about the $35, it was the fact that I wanted my truck clean and he said that he couldnt adjust the wash to work for my truck. Unhappy customer, sorry Joes!!

I normally dont go through automatic car washes. I prefer hand wash. But this was gentle and easy. I had bugs on my car. They pre spotted my car before I entered. Car wash was outstanding!

Excellent customer service and perfect wash for larger suv. Most car washes left at least trunk area dirty but not this one! 100% clean!

1st time here. I liked the wide variety of choices and there are 3 prewash people. Plus the free vacuum is new to me being from Minnesota. I usually do myself at home. But for $10 and all. It hardly pays to fill a soap bucket drag out n put away the hose. Then dig out n hookup the shop vac.It helped too they was practically no waiting !!BONUS!!

They do a great job prepping your car before you enter the booth.

The Managers Special for $20 is a great value. It gets tough dirt off and leaves a shiny clean protective layer, so new dirt doesnt stick. The self-serve vacuum that is included with a wash works well and is convenient.

Did a great job cleaning the SUV we have was covered in construction cement dust that got rained on came out looking great. Free vacuum to use there with car wash

Whens Joes first opened my car would be so clean now when you buy the $20 wash I have found streaks and missed spots that should have been clean 🤷🏽‍♂️

Friendly kids, car wash never really felt any better than a local gas station drive up. It was easy to close my account and the guy was super friendly. It just doesnt clean my mustang very well is all.

Sign and google say 8am. 8:35am and there is a line of cars with a closed sign.

It would be cool if the employees told you where to go...but the wash is nice

We have had a wash here before and were satisfied, however this last time my husband and I went they did not clean the front end of our car. We ended up with streaks of dirt on our car and had to clean it ourselves. Do better guys

Updated:After posting this review I was contacted back within 24 hours and was offered a free deep clean credit and given back my mate with apologize.Paid 190$ for the Complete Showdown to have my 2010 Ford fusion cleaned. The car looks great but I was disappointed when I saw they forgot to clean the center console and some other small things such as forgot to give me one of my car mates back and didnt spray enough air freshener. (Youre guys page wont let me show the pictures.)

Great carwash, especially for the money. The $10 wash and shine package gets it done. The attendants do a little prewash on the windshield, back glass, wheels, and other spots that are often missed by drive thru washes - thats a nice touch. Free vacuums too.

Theres a reason this place is so busy! Wednesday is Whacky Wednesday with discounts on about everything. Pretty good clean, though some aspects I assume need to be handled by hand to really get 100% clean. I definitely recommend going on Wednesdays if you dont mind the (always moving) line.

This place is my absolute favorite when I need a quick and easy cleanup for my car.Just go in and out for $6, do your vacuum and lets go...If you have your dog with you, they will give him/her a treat and if you have your kids, they will give them a lollipop.And if you want something more, they offer a very good detailing services too. You can leave your car and go to walmart, to the bank or grab something to eat because the location is amazing.

Great job for the price. I have a Mustang convertible and it is safe for it. I take the $14 express wash and shine and it does the job. You do your own vacuum on the way out.

They canceled my membership because they were charging me an amount when I was offered a different one and didn’t return me my full amount. Then claimed they couldn’t return me my money because they already do deleted my card from the file.

I paid for lava shield wash 15$ and they get me wash shine & protect 9$. I spoke with a supervisor and he told me that he couldnt give it to me that I had to stand in line again for 20 minutes and pay again to get something that I had already paid for. I did not receive any apologies, and they had a bad treatment. I don’t clean again my car with joe’s car wash 2

For the price it was nice. The line was a bit of a wait (5-10 minutes) depending on how fast the person is in front of you. BUT i dont know whats wrong with the machines but it scratched up all my windows.... no before or after pictures since my intent wasnt to prove anything but just get my car washed... but I would know that my car was scratched, especially if I routinely wipe my car with rainX. I wouldnt go again.... there is a reason its cheap...

They do a great job here with both the outside and the inside of your vehicle. I have brought both of mine here a number of times. I dont always have time for the detail on the inside this time. Next time though I will plan so I can have that done.

I had a detail done, It was by far very disappointing I had one time before and I was very satisfied with, this time was just awful they spray grease all over the car the leather the glass, pools of grease on the dashboard

Did a terrible job cleaning my car. I ruined a very expensive chamois drying my car from all the dirt still left on the car. I paid extra for the wheel cleaning and they came out just as dirty as when I went in. I would not recommend them to anyone

It took 2 hours to get my car the managers special!! They didnt even vacuum the trunk!

We stopped by this car wash after off roading and only bought the $10 wash. The young men working took the time to spray the mud off our truck completely before we went through the automatic wash which no other car wash has done before. I’d give them ten stars if possible.

This is a wonderful place to get your car washed...the employees are so nice and courteous, one of the assistant manager Chris, my first encounter with him made me want to come back,i purchase the unlimited car washes....and Stacey one of the mangers is outstanding....great personality!

Despite being pretty busy, the line moves and the employees were patient, yet thorough. Will be stopping there once more before I leave town.

Pay for the express basic wash. All options have the same outcome. I spent $20 “the manager special” and nothing different from the cheaper options. The vacuums’ suction are weak. You’ll be there a long time trying to pick up dirt and/or your dog’s hair. Go to Walmart buy yourself a vacuum or pay for a full detail service.

I love the young lady who guides you In while she’s spraying and directing and she does it all day and still makes me feel like she’s glad I’m there so she can wash my truck❤️

Im a regular customer there and a few days ago they broke my car spoiler and they dont want to be responsible. I paid for a 10$ car wash and now I gotta pay 400$ for a new spoiler. What a great business.

Came by today at 1850 to find they were closed. Sign said closed and had hours open till 2000. Online had listed as open. 30 min drive for no reason.Still can not get them to answer phone to check and see if they are open or closed randomly.

We visited on Wacky Wednesday for the $3 discount and got the wash with the Carnauba Wax selection. The carwash did a very nice job. The only negative was that the line was very long because of the discounted day.

Left our car nice and clean no pesky bugs. Everything is new and very clean.

I came in got the Managers special for $30 drove my car to the full service area where there was only one car in front of me. But when that car was done they started on other cars that came after me. Regardless of Full Service or Detail Services the cars should be taken care of in the order they came in. Don’t think I will be back just don’t t have the time to be waiting an extra hour due to employees picking and choosing which car they wanna do instead of going by order.

I have to admit this is a very nice car wash. Coming from midwest needed to clean up.Polite and welcoming staff.

If there is a line to get in, forget about it unless you have 30 minutes extra free time. I have an annual sticker and I can get through immediately, but if I get someone trying to pay, be prepared to sit awhile. They should make a lane only annual pass holders per say. Plus the smell of the detergent seems to linger in the car after you get it washed.

I generally have a good experience at this location. But their entrance to the wash where you pay is such a cluster, nobody can operate their system without assistance....always different people except 2, and theyre very pleasant. Would give 5 stars if the cluster wasnt so bad.

Totally uncalled for to be shouted at by a car wash attendant to shift in neutral when youre already in neutral. Especially when the attendant can clearly see and know that I am in neutral.

I went to get my car washed. The customer service is lacking. If you are new to this car wash, you need to put your car in neutral when you are lined up on the track. My car was still dirty in the front. I was disappointed that my car wasnt excellently cleaned. It was a lot better though.

Walked right up to my car time I pulled up. Very nice and clean. Loved that they hand washed as I was preparing to go through the wash. They dont do that in Jacksonville, FL that Ive seen. A+ service.

We purchased their unlimited one month package. Felt a little like our van was getting beat up by the rubber washers but I guess my hubby will keep going back.

If you want your vehicle to shine like it is brand new (or better) you should definitely get the detail packages at Joes. By far the best place I have been to in the area and I will not be going anywhere else.

Vacuums were terrible, always have been happy with Joes, but as I said, vacuums were not working well... and I checked several.

Went to have my car hand washed and what do you know they did not have anyone there to do it. I was told two hours someone would be there... like I’m going to sit there for two hours..

$6.00 for an exterior wash is a good deal here. Plus free use of the vacuums after the wash.

If I could give this location more than Five stars, I would! This is definitely my go to place to have my car washed. The staff is very detailed and courteous at all times! I have never had a bad experience! If you are looking for a car wash with superb service and great prices, look no further.

I was checking my car before to pay 30 dollars for a full services and the manager come to He came to me in an aggressive way and without respecting social distance to tell me that I had to go almost pushing myself when I was checking my car with an employee who asked me to check it and edited her indicating cleaning details such as the rear accent They were not vacuumed and there was dirt on the door cup holders and also the boot was not vacuumed, I recommend you not to come and spend your money for a terrible cleaning service and customer services
