Service was amazing! They’re very quick and responsive, my oven wasn’t heating and after I called them they came the same day and fixed it within an hr! So thank you so much! Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of repairs, pricing is also very reasonable and they are very friendly!

Wine fridge repair. Was told between 1-4pm with a call 30 minutes before arrival. Tech arrived at noon, no pre-arrival phone call, which was needed. Connected electric, made phone call, then stated he could not fix? Advised me to call the company “New Air”, which I did. Funny because, I followed their instructions and fixed it myself!!!! I lost $$$ on professionals, who probably could have done the same thing to service the customer!!! Not sure who he called, but, I do not recommend this company for this reason!
Repairman was here for hours, spilled water all over the floor not once but twice from the door dispenser.Gave us a bill for over $300.00 but never at anytime informed us of what he thought was wrong or what he fixed! Left stating it was fixed after saying a wire was short but charged us for a new part. Minutes later it wasn’t working so we called him back. Once again water spilled all over the floor, refrigerator torn apart again. Repair person spent more time on his phone trying to get help or find help, then he diagnosed it but no parts. We had a real repairman come out today who diagnosed it and repaired it in less than a half hour. There was a recall on the door switch-which was defective. He could tell someone else had already looked at the refrigerator to repair it as he left screws out that should have been replaced! Shotty work and wasted time, money!never again!
Great customer service, got a slot the following day. Made the repair look easy as he paid attention to detail. Thanks for fixing my Bosch dishwasher yesterday morning, look as good as new ones.

Clermont refers all business to 800 call center number; I have Samsung. After a day delay for appointment, they sent an unqualified, not Samsung authorized and barely spoke English. He told me - without even looking at my dishwasher - that my only option was to replace it or replace ALL the sensors in the unit. And they wanted my credit card number to reserve my appointment. What a huge rip off. Bait & switch and not qualified technician.
My Ikea Nutid microwave button recently stopped working. I tried to repair the button myself by ordering the button holder and installing it myself but that piece did not pan out so well and then the power cable slipped out. Out of frustration I decided to look towards a professional for help so I called this company. I explained to the gentleman on the phone everything that had happened and how I tried to fix it myself and failed. They charged me $85 just to come look at it and then another $75 to fix the issue by applying electrical tape like duct tape to the back of the panel. It worked for a while after the installer left but then the following morning the rigged buttons stopped working(go figure). I called them back and told them that I paid $160 to have my microwave taped and it wasnt fixed and that I wanted a refund. The lady that answered was VERY rude and tried to tell me that I didnt explain to them the issue I had at hand with the microwave and then she even proceeded to tell me that I am not a technician so I wouldnt know what is wrong with my microwave. They told me they would send the same technician back out between 5pm and 7pm today.....it is now 7:26pm... I even asked to speak to a manager, which theyve declined. I am now -$160 and staring at a still broken microwave.
I do not recommend this place at allDO NOT USE THEM!!!!I made the first appointment they told me it was going to be $75 dollars because of the weekend I was fine with that. An that $75 was going to be applied to the bill at the end after it was fixed.They told me they were going to show up between 8am-11amThey didn’t not show up until 2-1/2 hours later. Because they tech don’t have a phone and they have no gps. Really how they do business that way I have no ideas.Then they tell me that they have to order the part and they would come back Monday.Between 8am and 11amSo Monday comes and I call 3 time in the morning to make sure that they are going to be at my house the time they said they were going to be.I get told each timeThat they will “call me back that they are going to call the the tech to make sure”. They finally call me back 30min before the Tech is supposed to be there and say“Oh he’s on his way”.So then I get another call45mins after the tech supposed to be there from the tech that barely speaks EnglishTelling me that oh they can find the partOr that the company doesn’t make that park it’s discontinued.So basically they can’t help me and that I just payed them $75 for nothing.So I call the office and did a lot of complaining about my whole experience and they finally tell me they are going to give my money back.So yes I’m going to get my money back butThe whole this is a big inconvenience and I had to throw all of the food that was there because I could jot longer keep it on ice.
The only reason I gave 1 star is because zero stars is not an option.3 weeks since they first showed up and attempted to repair;First appointment the guy was 2 & 1/2 hours late. Messed around for near 2 hours and was on the internet &/or phone most of the time (I assume trying to find help). He ordered a part and over 2 weeks later changed it (again he was 2 hours late), that didnt fix it so he got back on the internet and called a few people looking & asking for help, then decided on another part which - he said - was in stock and he would be back next day. 9 days have passed and nothing else has happened.Obviously the guy is lost and doesnt have a clue how to fix the washer not to mention he didnt even ha e the correct tools - he borrowed my tools on both visits.The people I contacted in their office ACTED helpful but.......... still nothing happening.I would NOT recommend Clermont appliance repair to anyone. They charge you $75 to come out and evaluate but after that -- good luck, youll need it..... there goes $75 for nothing.Well, about 8-9 days ago the guy let me know he finally has the part (nearly 3 weeks since ordering the second part) but since then I havent heard diddly squat from him.Its now been well over a month since the first visit and the washer still doesnt work so Im trying to figure it out myself and I found damage on the machine. The clips that hold down the top are both broken and useless, the top (the part that has all the knobs & buttons) is flopping around loosely. Obviously the guy who came here is not very good at what he does. I will refrain from saying what I really think of him.
I had to book an appointment a week away. They didnt show up for the appointment, call or cancel. I was able to track them down by calling multiple times. They rescheduled me for the following day. The following day, I called them at the end of my appointment window and was informed they, in-fact, were not coming at all, and were never going to be able to come. I was annoyed that I was with a dishwasher for 9 days and pushed into a weekend to look for a company to come out. They had to put a hold on my credit card to do all of that.
For a 24 hour service, they don’t do very well. The soonest appointment was the following afternoon. The tech showed up late and it was pretty expensive. They did fix the fridge on sight so that’s the good part.
Great job done with the microwave. They fixed the panel, I can use it again without trouble. Thanks to all of you.
I already recommend this company to my friends. I tried them and they were great. I got my money’s worth. I plan to purchase a new Bosch dishwasher and will call them to install it without hesitation.
The work done was good... The diagnostic was $60, and though we knew what was wrong there was no mention of how expensive it would be to replace the item (heating coil). For a $40 part (online) they were going to charge over $80. Then the total was well over half the cost of a brand new Dryer. I was able to negotiate a lower total, but it still feels I was taken advantage of. After the work was done there is a loose clip which holds on the face of the dryer - without the black electrical tape it rattles and becomes a snag danger for clothes and arms. So overall, little attention was paid to the details - especially for the price paid. The part, so far, has functioned correctly. The technician was very good at cleaning out the lint from inside the dryer and replaced the vent I purchased form Lowes. I would most likely look for another option if this were to happen again.
The tech was due to come by 3 pm, and I was left waiting until 7 pm and he would look at my messages and calls and ignore them. Never received service.

The only company I would trust my Bosch with. They just fixed my Bosch dishwasher. It was taken cared of really well and really fast. Reasonable with charges too.

I was in need of appliance repair for my dryer and refrigerator. I called Clermont Appliance Repair who immediately send a repair man. Repair man was polite, and was able to quickly identify the problem he was done on both in more than an hour. He was thorough and informed me well on how to prevent further issues.
My electric range is still working great! You people are incredible! Next time I or a friend needs repair with any appliance I would surely call this place only.

The technician from clermont appliance repair was punctual and was well aware of the issue with my Electrolux dishwasher. He came in and diagnosed the dishwasher while keeping me informed of the issue with it. I am happy and contented with his repair and his charge.
This place has always been responsive and charges you right. I have been using since I moved to Clermont. They installed and fixed a couple of my appliances. Their repair lasts!

This place is a joke. Farmed through S FL with the S FL attitude to match it. Clown came out to give me an estimate. Then left me with sheet metal screws all over my driveway. When he ordered the part & came back 2 days later, the repair did not match documented estimate price. $59.99 service call was supposed to be credit back towards repair but wasnt after their higher mark up to mask the repair cost. They tricked me & lied to me. I called customer service & asked for a manager, nobody called me back. I called again & I was hung up on. Finally got a hold of a manager & she did not give a damn. This place should be called 1800gofkyslf . Im contacting BBB over this one. This place is a scam. (Follow up, its still doing the same thing)
We contacted Clermont Appliance Repair on Friday, May 16th at 7:30am to schedule service for our washing machine and refrigerator. They were unable to send someone the same day so we booked service for Saturday, May 17th between 8am and 11am. We received a call from the repairmans wife at 9:09am stating their car broke down and the repairman should still be at our house around 11am. He did not arrive. We called Clermont Appliance Repair, and we were transferred to a different company that only identified themselves as Appliance Repair. The manager (Carla) stated that the repairman (Rafael) should arrive between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. We requested that they send a different repairman because we were not confident that Rafael was actually going to arrive, and it was several hours past our original appointment time. She stated he is the only repairman for our area. We asked for compensation, and she denied the request stating we should take that up with Rafael. I hung up and called Clermont Appliance Repair back requesting to talk to a manager with that company instead of the other company they transferred us to. The person immediately transferred me to Appliance Repair again to talk to Carla. I hung up and called Clermont Appliance Repair again, and Mary answered. I requested that they stop transferring me to the other no-name company. I insisted on talking to someone in management specifically with Clermont Appliance Repair. Mary offered to look up my information, and then she hung up on me after I was on hold for three minutes. I called Clermont Appliance Repair again. This time someone picked up the call without a greeting and transferred the call immediately to Appliance Repair because they saw my phone number calling again. Clermont Appliance Repair does not seem to be an actual repair company. They only forward customers to other companies that book independent contractors to do the repair work. Do not use this company!
This company is not an actual appliance repair shop. While they dont tell you this they are a dispatch that connects you to other companies while taking a % of the fee. There is very limited accountability. The technician that came had limited knowledge of our Samsung refrigerator. He replaced the ice actuator assembly in the door successfully but the ice maker still would not make ice. The ice maker was working fine so I was skeptical that it was faulty but the tech insisted it was the ice maker. So $110 later he replaced the ice maker which unsurprisingly had no effect on the problem. Since then he has missed several appointments, sent me Samsung tech bulletins to try and diagnose the issue which did not apply to my model. Clermont appliance is doing a very poor job of standing behind this tech. They also do not have relationships with any other tech they can send in his place. Weve spent over $600 so far and still do not have a functional ice maker. Avoid this company like the plague.
This is not a real repair company! Worst customer service.. Tech sent came in their personal car, everyday clothing, no business card or identification and said 300 to add freon and change filter and 200 alone to add freon after being there for 5 min. I was not happy I fact it angered and frustrated me. This company outsources techs, who knows if they are really technicians or if they have any experience.
They are very rude, when I called they immediately would hang up on me not allowing me to even ask a question. They treated me like a telemarketer!
