I’m leaving an excellent review of this particular location not uhual as a company, The gentlemen & his mechanic went above & beyond to help us hook up the trailer and help us with our car (both of which we had small problems) Uhaul corporation stunk at communication and stressed me out, calling & dealing with the gentleman at this location & finally with their help being able to use the trailer when we didn’t think we were going to be able to really saved our trip! If there was a bonus star we’d definitely give it here

U-haul dropped the ball with this one. Our reservation had been changed to a larger truck and what we needed wasnt even available unless we paid way more than necessary to move our items. I am very disappointed and am now stuck looking for other options.

Super slow check out process. We were there 30 min and that was with doing the online stuff to make it go faster. Not impressed with Alexanders (the auto shop this is part of) staff is pretty gruff and lack manners.

Had them tow my car, nice people. Also rented a uhaul with no problems

Easter 2018 I dealt with this U-Haul dealer. I gave him 1 star as he wasnt any help when I was returning the trailer I rented, I had to unhitched the trailer myself (Im 66 y.o) move it to the back. The employee/owner was completely useless. Nothing above 1 star. My previous 1 star reviewed somehow was removed, this is a re-post.
