The best experience that I have ever had on this previous trip to atlanta!

This was the most horrible experience on this Charter Bus. Roseboro Charters are unrealiable and unprofessional. I will say the driver himself was professional, but the owner of the company needs to go out of business. Mr. Roseboro buses are not up to safety regulations. Roseboro Charters, left a group that I was included in stranded in West Virginia on the side of I-77 for 6 hours. Not only were we stranded we were towed while seated on the bus. Mr. Roseboro offered no apology for this horrible experience, his only answer was its not his fault. I can not and will not reccomend this Charter company to any church, organization or school. I am in the process of filing a compliant as well as looking into the legality of this issue. We were not on the shoulder of the road, but in the far right lane with no flashers or cones, to let upcoming traffic know that there is a hazard ahead. I personally am asking DOT to investigate the maintenance records of the Roseboro Charter Group. This company is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I 1 star I gave it is for the Driver.

Contracted with US Coachways and they sent us this bus. Bus was late, which was understandable with traffic but the driver (claims to be the owner) proceeded to get irate with us when trying to calmly mention the tardiness because we had asked him to call us if he would be running late so we could prepare to be late to the destination. He proceeded to tell us to get off the bus and find a new ride home. When we refused, he drove us and some system failure occurred about an hour into the drive, causing a horribly loud buzzing sound that didnt stop. He was on his phone while driving (constantly taking his eyes off the road on the highway) this huge bus and said he was trying to find us another bus to pick us up at our first stop because the noise wouldnt stop. Two hours later we arrived at our first drop-off location and after being asked, he said another driver was on their way. About 30 minutes later we saw him loading all our luggage into a small SUV that was unmarked and looked like a personal vehicle. Because hes transporting minors that our organization is responsible for we didnt feel comfortable/safe traveling in the vehicle until we received confirmation from US Coachways. He told us if we dont get in the car in the next five minutes he would unload everything and wed be on our own. Needless to say, we will never use his services again.
