I have been trying for two days to get them to return a call or respond to a text. I am trying to hire a local pool company to fix an issue and maintain it going forward I guess business is so good they dont need to communicate to any prospective customers dont want any more business. Good luck with that. Word of mouth goes a long way!
Managed a small community HOA pool. Did not file papers or get the pool inspected like he said. Did not maintain records required by the health department. We were told an algae problem was leaf stains. Terrible communication, argumentative when trying to communicate about problems. instead of offering or trying to fix the problems he just quit the day before opening day. Turned out to be a blessing because he hadn’t had our pool inspected and it was infested with algae.Terrible experience.
