Josh was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and upfront with all parts of the job. He soft washed our house (not power washed - and he explained why) and power washed our driveway and back patio. He took the time to talk to me about my siding and gutters and the wear and tear that they take from being out in the sun. He even took some extra time to make sure that the residual mess from a couple of old mud dauber nests was cleaned up and removed from my front patio ceiling. He moved and replaced outside furniture/equipment before and after the job was done, and also cleaned up behind himself. This was the most wonderful and professional power washing job I’ve ever had! First, he came by to review my needs and he discussed what he would do with details and a fair, up-front price. It was easy to schedule as he returned emails very quickly and was right on tine. We cant get over the difference in how our deck and screen porch look, the wood that was greenish now looks like brand new wood! The windows are so clean. This is an excellent service, great value and attention to detail. The ugly mold/mildew on the northeast side of the house is gone. The siding on the southwest side of the house was oxidized - we didnt even realize how badly! - and now its bright and shiny again.
