This place offers poor customer service and is very dismissive to you as a concerned dog-parent just looking for a new home for your pet that you are RELUCTANTLY looking to put up for adoption.We are trying to find a new home for our dog. Hes aged quite a bit and with my family’s demanding schedule and changing family arrangements (divorce) we are afraid we can’t give him the proper love/care he deserves. I reached out to Peak Lab to see if they could help and adopt him to their farm. In return I got a rude and unconcerned response from a DEBBIE LETTENEY telling me “we certainly don’t have anyone that will take an incontinent dog” and to “please let him finish his days with people he knows”... I never mentioned him being sick or on his deathbed. I simply mentioned that due to thunderstorms, he may urinate when frightened. Furthermore, when asked if she had any recommendations, she didn’t provide any and was very short with me when I’m trying to find a new home for my sweet loving dog. No greetings, no helpful info, nothing. Only being dismissive. I just feel that if you’re a facility claiming to love animals, you should treat their owners with a little more kindness when they’re already going through the heartbreaking process of letting them go. Will certainly be going elsewhere to give my dog that.
