I live in Advance and I drive another 20 minutes just to come here because they are so friendly. I appreciate that very much and will continue to go out of my way to drive here because of it. What a stark difference when compared to the one in advance..they are the most impersonal robots. Half the time theres nobody around..and during the pandemic they never wore masks. Clemmons post office is top notch 👌

Top notch USPS facility. Each and every window clerk is a gem. Competent, friendly, sincere, helpful, patient, hardworking. It is a little difficult getting back out of the lot during rush hour, but it is worth that trouble. This office also enforced the mask mandate from early on and I appreciate that they care about my health.

I have not had any mail deliver this week even though a package that was coming Tuesday was marked delivered. This is the first time I have experienced issues but two days have passed without a delivery. There are time sensitive items on the Tuesday email that I have reviewed.

Doug and Wendy are both terrific. I have dealt with them for many years, and they are always cheerful and helpful. And, it is rare to leave without Doug either asking for or delivering a corny joke. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and helping their customers!!

Very nice staff there. Prompt when they get to you. Just really backed up often - busy. Small. But overall pretty good service.

If I can give them negative feedback I would but Let me start by saying this post office in clemmons and the supervisor is very Unprofessional She is mean and rude to the customer, I went to the post office and look for a supervisor I finally talk to her because of her carrier that used the postal vehicle to drive up to my driveway. According to the postal policy USPS vehicle are not allowed to used customer driveway but instead of giving a warding her carrier she told me that I can not get any of my package if I don’t allow them to used my driveway of which if she park along the side of my road and get off from the vehicle it’s only 15 step away my main door. So now my mom from NY sent me a package that she paid $50 to ship the package on September 1 until now September 19 I have not receive my package still. I received a notification from my phone saying my package will arrive today Sept 19 as soon that the carrier drop off the mail in my mail boy the carrier did not even bother going to my door and knock what she did she wrote me a door tag saying sorry we miss you even that she did not even try to deliver and the package does not need any signature required. This is not acceptable you post office I will not stop sending a complain against to you and your carrier.

The people here are great but the carrier who serves Frye Bridge Road seems a bit mean. Regarding the on-line tracking and re-delivery request system- dont bother, its useless. After 10 days and finally finding the local PO phone #, the PO had no record of my requests, yet when I go back on the site it says everything is in transit, waiting delivery.

By far the best post office experience. Their staff is well trained and very customer focused. You can’t ask for more.

One of the best experiences at a Post Office that Ive ever had. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially Mr. Doug. He was courteous and polite. Wonderful job!

I look forward to going in there and seeing the same tall handsome man smiling at you as you walked inside the door. He will go out of his way to help you and explain things to you. He even knows Spanish as he helped her I watched one day. On the other hand, the phone recording when you call is a joke, it never has someone to call you back, and then the lady that’s on the recording can’t understand what you need especially if you need customer support specialist. Today is July 2, 2019 and I’ve tried reaching them all afternoon with nothing accomplished! I hope when I drive over there tomorrow I’ll get some help.

I recently had a great experience with this Clemmons USPS. I needed to send a package and wasnt sure on the right size box. The employee at the counter graciously said to bring the item to her and she would be happy to help and help package it. Very courteous and helpful staff. Will return for all of my mail needs, even if it is out of the way.

Small, but efficient. These people are the happiest post office workers Ive ever encountered. They smile, they laugh, and they keep the line moving. *I think they might actually enjoy their jobs. A strange and pleasant change from the typical post office atmosphere. Always leave with a smile on my face.

One of the best lost offices in the area. It is small but you cant beat the location of you are in Clemmons. The staff are super nice and helpful and find the right shipping options for you.

The postal delivery person for neighborhood is awful. They put my packages at the garage door. I have run over the packages several times. I will find out who does this. Unacceptable!!!!!

While there on business from out of state, I had to ship equipment back to my office. I received very poor service and an attitude that complimented it. Even after telling the lady there is office equipment in the boxes, she did not attempt to handle with care. More so, after receiving these boxes back at the office, they were completely dented and some were even damaged. The quality above does not justify my experience with this place. An option for Very Poor would be a better description.

Theyre usually not bad, with the exception that Ive had issues receiving my packages. Prime example, I just watched the carrier drive right past my apartment, barely slow down, and keep going. Thanks.

Update still a solid 0 if possible. At this point our mail delivery guy returned my registration to Raleigh 3 separate times. I was locked out of paying my taxes online because of this and required to go to the DMV to find out that it again stems from our mail carrier. (4 months later and money down the drain in late fees) All of this happened AFTER spending hours on the phone convincing these people that I did in fact still live in the same house that they had been delivering mail to before they decided I no longer resided there. My husbands packaged delivery was delivered to the incorrect address. Tons of packages throughout the neighborhood continue to go missing after being delivered. Yet nothing has been done.If I could give zero I would. My mail has not only gone to other homes in the past 8 months but they just returned my save the dates stating that I had moved and not left a forwarding address. Nevermind the fact that they delivered my paper mail the same day my save the dates were supposed to be here! Currently I have been on hold for over an hour with no positive outcome thus far.

Consistently the fastest and friendliest staff....so appreciated!!!!

Its a Post Office. Hours are tight and they dont have any after hours machines for shipping or stamps. Its hard to get in and out during commute times as traffic lines up down Clemmons Rd. But, it isnt really their fault - the Clemmons City Planner should have done a better job or could be trying to fix the problems, but no...

In the past two weeks or so packages are never delivered to my house, always delivered to one of my two neighbors. It’s very aggravating when I am notified that a package was delivered but I have to go on a hunt to actually find out where it is.

Cant get a hold of and my mail hasnt came in over a week. Their phone doesnt work.

Packages keep getting returned to sender even though I have been to the post office to sort out any issues they had.
